Built brand new in 2021, the home warmly invites you in to experience one of the most luxurious stays on 30A. With private direct access to the beach through its own boardwalk, you never have to worry about beach traffic ever again. Coastal Living is 3 stories high and includes an elevator for easy access to each level. The home can sleep up to 12 quest, with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 1 half bath. Come visit the most incredible view that Carillon Beach can offer by booking a stay at Coastal Living!

Unbelievable house that had everything. Beach towels, beach towels, beach towels - no need to bring beach towels. Right on the Gulf, Chairs Umbrellas provided. Great trip!

This was easily the best rental property we have ever stayed in when it comes to houses. The location A. The community was safe, and the kids would regularly take off on the bikes. We did need to rent a couple of smaller bikes for the younger kids, but that wasn’t a big deal. We couldn’t have found a better house, location, host. Everything inside the house was top end and quality. The appliances, pots and pans, everything. I could go on and on, but you get the idea.

Best spot in Carillon!

Home is beautiful, elevator was a nice surprise, kitchen is stocked with with essentials, and everyone had a place to spread out! Would definitely stay again!

The house was absolutely stunning, it had everything you needed and more. The only negative was the smoke alarm, the first night we got there the smoke alarm went off at 1 AM and it was not fixed until almost 12 PM the next day so we had to sleep through the beeping sound, right next to the master bedroom, which went throughout the entire house and was very uncomfortable, ear piercing. The only other recommendation I would make would be to get the fireplace fixed. It would've been lovely on the chilly nights to have had that fireplace going. Other than that, we most definitely would come back and stay. It was just a great big beautiful house, the ocean view was spectacular.

Amazing Home

Coastal Living is an amazing beach house. The location on the beach front had views you only see in magazine Best trip we have ever had. Coastal 30A Destinations staff were awesome. The friendly service made a big difference each time we had a question or needed anything Definitely using them again for our next vacation

Beautiful Beach Front Home

This was a gorgeous Beach Front Home. My family loved it and we will absolutely return. Nice quite safe/gated community where places to eat in the community or close enough to enjoy all the 30A Luxury experience without the congestion. Will be back.

An Experience to Remember

A wonderful and unforgettable stay. Being right next to the ocean was just something else. Staring out to the vast ocean will be a memory that I'm lucky enough to have. Sharing fun times on the beach with family only seconds away was just a unique experience I've never had before, even saying a few homes down from the beach. This is something else!

Carillon Beach is the Place to be

This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in years. We always visit 30A. BUT this time chose Carillon Beach. This is a gated community that is just minutes from everything on 30A. This is truly the best community we have stayed in while on vacation.

This was the best vacation ever

The beach house was beautiful. Weather was great, beach, eatting, etc. Rental Management Company made this vacation because of all the information they provide and are just a call away if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Hidden Treasure

Carillon Beach is a Hidden Treasure. Gated Community that is close to the luxuries of 30A restaurants and eating them having your on private beach. This is a gorgeous new home that is on the Gulf Front literally 20 steps from the sand. I could sit here all day with the sunrise and sunsets

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect in Every Way

We just returned from an incredible stay, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this house. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home—but better. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for relaxing, cooking, and spending time together, and every little detail—from the linens to the outdoor space—was clearly chosen with care. The location was peaceful and convenient, and the whole experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. It's rare to find a rental that actually exceeds your expectations, but this one truly did. We'll absolutely be back.

Coastal Beauty!!!!!

Such a Beautiful home!!! Clean-lots of cooking utensils-comfortable beds & I loved the master bath shower!!!! Only a few things that we could have had more of was wash cloths & bath towels…. We will be back for another week at Coastal Living. We have been coming to Carillon for several years now & this was the best house so far! Rosalee
