Encircled by charming brick sidewalks and flanked by mature trees, Deauville Cottage stands regally amongst the quaint, laidback coastal village of Rosemary Beach. With four spacious bedrooms, a courtyard with a cerulean-blue cabana pool, and a picture-perfect location steps away from the shore, Deauville Cottage evokes the feeling of a graceful European villa and creates the ideal space for your next seaside escape.

The expansive great room is airy and bright on the main level, with crisp white shiplap walls and intricate, bleached wood floors. A formal dining space with seating for 10 sits next to a convenient service bar with a SubZero wine cooler and an ice maker. In the living space, you’ll find a plush sofa and three armchairs, all upholstered in soothing neutral tones and lovely coastal-inspired pastels, facing a large HDTV ideal for family movie nights.

In the kitchen, an ample marble-topped island has barstool seating for four and a deep, double sink. This chef-inspired space is anchored by a 36” Wolf gas range that’s topped with a matching professional hood. Additional premium appliances include a SubZero refrigerator, an Asko dishwasher, and a Sharp microwave drawer. Extras like a Keurig coffee maker, double waffle maker, and a high-end blender ensure that everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Three bedrooms suites are located one flight up, where you’ll find a petite butler's pantry on the landing with a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The primary bedroom suite has an elegant king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, access to the sunny outdoor terrace, and an opulent ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The other two guest bedroom suites also each include a luxe king-size bed, an attached full bathroom, and a door leading out to lovely outdoor lounge spaces. Also, there’s a laundry nook hidden behind custom barn doors on this floor.

You can climb one more flight of stairs to the bunk loft, which includes four built-in, full-size bunk beds surrounding a cozy seating area. This friendly space also boasts its own private bathroom, which includes a double vanity, a step-in shower tiled in a lovely sea glass-inspired hue, and tree-top views of the surrounding neighborhood.

Located only a few short blocks from the aquamarine waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this captivating Rosemary Beach home will also place you close to local dining, entertainment, and shopping. You’ll be within easy walking distance from nearly everything but have the option to peddle around on one of the four provided bicycles as well.

Just so you know, there is a separate carriage house (guest property above the garage) at this property that can be rented together or separately. Guests of Deauville Cottage do not share the courtyard area, pool, or outdoor kitchen with guests of Deauville Carriage House.
