Welcome to our peaceful location in Panama City Beach, FL Our retreat property features a total of 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms in 2 units. One is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom lagoon-front home and the other is an efficiency cottage on the same property. Lots of room for the family and a little added privacy with the combination of the two homes.

This spacious property offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal destination for families and groups of friends.


Located just 0.2 miles (or two blocks) from the beautiful white sandy beaches and the vibrant Gulf of Mexico, you'll have easy access to sun, surf, and relaxation. Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, we ask that you enjoy your stay while being respectful of the property and our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

For beach access, take a stroll down Ocean Drive and cross Thomas Drive directly onto Beach Access 19.

Upstairs Master Suite: Accessible via a charming spiral staircase, this spacious suite includes a king bed, a 65" smart TV, and additional sleeping options with two queen air mattresses, a single futon chair, and a couch. It also has a dedicated work area with a desk and chair, and a full bathroom.

Open Living Area: The open living area includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen in one great room. The living room boasts two couches and a chair, featuring an 85" smart TV and plenty of seating to enjoy the lagoon views or watch your favorite shows. The large dining table seats 8, and there are 6 additional bar stools along the spacious counter, perfect for larger families or entertaining.

The Cottage:

Cozy and Private: The cottage provides a touch of privacy while still keeping you close to your family. It sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

Full Amenities: The cottage includes a full kitchen, a work area, a smart TV, a full bathroom, and its own outdoor seating area.
