Prior to arrival and throughout stay Nathan was a great communicator and host. We were the first guests with the properties new pool so we were excited about that, but knowing there could be some hiccups with anything new. Fortunate to say, all was well there and the new pool was great! Super warm (80F), clean and great size/depth (max of 5ft) for out three kids ages 10 and under. Overall the house easily accommodated our family of five and had tons of great things for the kids, saving us from trying to pack extra toys as well as beach and pool things. We did have one little issue come up that required a 'technician' be called, however I believe it is at no fault of the hosts and appeared somewhat routine as I actually saw another home in the neighborhood with the same problem. Regardless, Nathan and I spoke and he was prompt and professional with getting the right people in place and the issue resolved. In the event they couldn't resolve swiftly he even offered to get us a hotel, however that was not required!If we are ever in the area we would stay here again!One note someone might find helpful. We did assess the area on a map prior to our stay to consider if we would walk to/from the beach, and found what appeared to be a busy four lane road between the property and the beach. We went thinking "maybe walkable" however found it to be an extremely busy road and would not advise walking. The parking situation by the beach did not prove to be a problem at all!
