Perfect Accommodations in a great area

This is our 10th year traveling with our group to Florida for Spring break and this is by far the best property we’ve stayed at! Some features we loved that weren’t listed included:- washer and dryer on all three floors which meant no need to make a laundry schedule between families.- An ice maker in bar area saved us a lot of money on bags of ice all week.- 5 fridges (1 full and 4 mini) throughout the house and outdoor area!- A bathroom out by the pool.- The kitchen was so well stocked we didn’t need to purchase plastic utensils, cups, or plates for our group of 12, which was a first.- Enough common space areas to allow everyone to gather in one location OR get away for some quiet time when needed. There is a wonderful donut/sandwich/pizza shop just two blocks down, and just another two blocks is a local grocery store that had everything we needed and was cheaper for most items than Publix. The Laguna beach area was just far enough from PCB that you didn’t get the crowded, spring break vibes, but close enough that if you wanted to join the crowds for a day, you could.We try to avoid booking places that are rented by property management groups, but we were pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness to any issues we had (just a few, and all fixed pretty much immediately). Overall, highly recommend this house!

Spring Break Vacation

Pink Tequila was absolutely beautiful. It is a brand new build and had everything needed and more. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The views were fabulous and the backyard was amazing. There is a wonderful donut place a few houses down and the cutest grocery store close by! We will definitely stay again!

Panama City Spring break

After years of going to AMI we decided to try the panhandle and after a lot of research our extended family (18) selected this house. It was fairly new and across the street from the beach. Pros: A short walk to the beach. All appliances were new and capable to handle this large group. Pool was popular with the kids. Not a lot of traffic like we found at Rosemary Beach. Close to activities we were interested in. Cons struggled with heat in the pool and had people out almost every day to fix. Other than the fab donut shop, all other shopping and eating places were a drive vs a walk.

Best vacation

The home is brand new! Everything was perfect! The host was available with any questions we had and check in was a breeze. They thought of everything a family could possibly need and left it for us to use. Our children loved the pool and hot tub. We spent most of our time grilling and playing outdoors. We will definitely be back.

Wish they had a ten star choice

From the moment we checked in everything was perfect. The house is brand new! It was way more than I expected. My children were in tears when we left...so I will be booking again this summer. From the ocean views to the architecture in this home it could not be more beautiful. The house is gorgeous! The pool and pool house was a big hit with my family! The house has so much to offer guest and top of the line furnishings, paintings, and fixtures! The kitchen has sub zero and wolf appliances! AMAZING!! The kids enjoyed the Sonos while swimming in the heated pool. We also enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor games! I cannot say one negative thing about this place. I could just go on and on. I also loved the master suite. The bathroom was breathtaking! Inside and out was immaculate!
