Hemmet är bosatt i det exklusiva gated community LaValencia på västra änden av Panama City Beach. Gäst har tillgång till den privata strandpoolen med gated access och tillgång till privat strand. Det finns 4 sovrum och 3 badrum, tvättstuga i full storlek, stort kök och matplats. Du har en gasgrill på botten däck samt utrymme att äta ute om du väljer. Det finns även ett separat bord för de små. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, en sittgrupp och skrivbord. Befälhavaren bad har en trädgård badkar och stå upp dusch och stor walk in closet. Master har också en egen balkong genom de franska dörrarna i sovrummet. De andra 2 rummen har även king size-sängar i dem. På första våningen har du ett sovrum med två enkelsängar.

LaValencia ligger på västra änden av Panama City Beach. Västra änden är ganska och inte lika mycket trafik, men samtidigt har du en Pulbix och Winn Dixie precis runt hörnet från huset. Det finns en Dunkin Doughunts, Waffle House, Seafood Restaurant & CVS. Du är också en kort tio minuters bilresa från shoppingcentret Beautiful Rosemary och stranden. Du är också en 10 minuters bilresa från Pier Park (vårt utomhus köpcentrum och Frank Brown parken. Kom och njut verkligen din semester som alla drömmer om.

Awesome location!

The house was great for our family. The neighborhood, beach front pool, and close beach access were awesome. There is a great patio area and back yard. We rented the golf cart and it made getting our stuff to the beach so easy. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing vacation rental

This house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could possibility need to enjoy our stay. We ate in the whole week and the kitchen had everything we needed. We brought our own beach items but there were plenty in the garage to borrow. The beds were super comfy and we really enjoyed our evenings on the back patio.

Family Friendly Beach House

This home was so comfortable and spacious, our family throughouly enjoyed our week there. It was the perfect setup and stocked well for a family with little ones. The walk to the beach is doable and the gated community feels very safe and quiet. The kitchen is also very well equipped so you don't have to eat out for every meal. Loved that Publix was 5 minutes down the road as well. Overall a really lovely home and would come again!

It was a very nice home... convenient location to pool and beach.... Also 5 minutes from Publix!!!! We felt short on towels as I had to wash towels one to two times a day.. Would love to go back to this property soon!!!

The short walk to the beach side pool is great and there are bathrooms at the pool, which are convenient to use when at the beach. We had the best time with our family of ten at this beach house. We plan to return, if we remain to be a family of ten.

There are two pools, one hot tub, and a private beach access for the small gated community. It was very safe, quiet, and convenient. I highly recommend this stay! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware. Lots of spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Gas grill. It was literally a 3-4 min walk across the street to get to the beach and 1 min if you rent the golf cart, which really made it even more convenient and fun. I really appreciate everyone from See Ya At The Beach rentals as well. They are responsive and will take care of any concerns you may run into in a respectful and timely manner! Rest easy knowing you will have a great stay.

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very cute and clean. (The rooms that are not pictured are also very nice- no worries) The property manager, Lisa was the best! Very nice and quick to respond to any questions. There were lots of beach toys and chairs, and access to the beach was an easy walk. The pool is a little on the smallish side, but is fine for kids, so don’t expect anything grand. We appreciated that the pool area bathrooms were kept clean. The beach was great- this was in July- there were lots of people, but definitely not as crowded as a public beach access. Like the other reviews stated; bring your own extra towels and washcloths. Highly recommended!

Exceeded our expectations! Can’t wait to return.

This property was even more ideal than we originally anticipated. It had room for days! A spacious, clean and well appointed house with COMFORTABLE BEDS and no one was bumping into each other. This was a family vacation with adult children and spouses traveling from Nashville, Chicago and Washington DC to spend a week with us. Our 5 year old granddaughter was also with us and we all had a tremendous and relaxing vacation. We enjoyed preparing meals together in the spacious kitchen and of course loved exploring local restaurants. The gated community was so easy to navigate and could not have been more conveniently located short of being RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The bonus of a beach front swimming pool was a special treat for our granddaughter for evening swims in the steamy heat of the summer. The house had everything we needed and more. Having a golf cart to help take our beach chairs, umbrellas, and a pregnant mama to the beach was handy. Though we brought our own, we were surprised to find beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys abundantly in the garage. The gas grill on the back deck was sufficient for our purposes but a little on the small side and we were happy to clean it up before and after we used it. These hosts have just covered every detail and obviously work hard to keep everything in pristine condition. There is just nothing to criticize! Thank you for a wonderful week of family vacation.

8 adults stayed here and place was in perfect location and perfect size to meet all our needs. It was very well stocked with kitchen items and had extra mini fridge and wine fridge. I would recommend and come here again.
