DETAILS: Located just steps from the beautiful beaches in Rosemary, Mozell Cottage is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home that sleeps 10 guests. With white stucco, a private pool, carriage house, and over 800 square feet of outdoor space, there is plenty of privacy and space to sunbathe and enjoy the sea breeze. Inside, modern and sophisticated artwork fill every room for a coastal, elegant feel. The first floor has access to the courtyard and pool, leading into 3 guest rooms. The first is a master suite with an ensuite bathroom and soaking tub. The other 2 both feature queen beds and private bathrooms.

The second floor is the home's main level and features an open kitchen and living room, tied together by plenty of natural light that shines from the porch and 2 swanky light fixtures over the dining table and living area. The chef's kitchen has premium, stainless steel appliances, a waterfall island with marble countertops, and seating for 12 at the bar and dining table. French doors open up to a sprawling balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool, providing soft sunlight and a bed-swing for the perfect spot to read a book or sip coffee in the morning. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy loft with a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and seating area with a private bathroom.

Guests renting the main house will have access to 4 additional neighborhood pools, fitness center, racquet club, and 3 adult bikes. Don't miss your chance to vacation at this fabulous home!

Very disappointed in our 360 blue experience through VRBO. We rented an entire house and private pool in Rosemary Beach as we have two families five kids in total and don’t want to share anything with strangers. Well, it turns out “private pool” and “entire house” were a lie as 360 Blue rented the carriage house above the garage!Upon speaking with 360 blue about this situation, they claimed they had not updated the VRBO posting to indicate that you might be sharing the property if you don’t rent the carriage house! I then went to head and looked on VRBO for the future and nowhere does it indicate you can rent the carriage house alone. So it’s very clear, this was a bait and switch, they listed the entire property and when we didn’t rent the carriage house, they then posted the carriage house separately!!Well, it takes another day to hear back from them about how they can make this right for us and Michelle from 360 Blue indicated they didn’t have any comparable properties available to move us to, but would refund the rest of our money if we wanted to leave. That wasn’t quite going to work with my family so Michelle said she would come back to us in a few days with an offer to make things right. That offer ended up being about 3% of the total rental price even though our stay was not a “private“ stay. Yes, they not only take 97% of our money, but then rent out a carriage house to make even more money.I’m disappointed in how they’ve handled this situation. Be aware!!!!

Nice House, Tight Space

The house was as pictured, but very worn in some areas. Cleanliness could have been a little more detailed (dust on headboard, mold in dishwasher). The layout was not ideal for 2 families and there was a real lack of storage space to unpack in the downstairs bedrooms (no dressers, minimal to no counter space in bathrooms). The location is fantastic and the pool was very well maintained. Management was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly when the internet was not working. The bikes provided were great quality.
