Safety & Security: Your safety is our priority. The home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. For security, exterior cameras are located at the front door, back deck, and side of the house. 150 lb. limit per bunk bed (ceiling fan deactivated in room for safety.



Local Wildlife: Please note that our property is located in a coastal environment. While we have regular pest control, you may encounter small animals or insects native to the area.
