"Holiday 30A" på Magnolia Cottages by the Sea är en avkopplande tillflyktsort, särskilt med sitt läge i närheten. (Ganska privat med sin orientering och inget hem på ena sidan på en lugn gata.) Inredning är alla nya, fin kvalitet!

Magnolia är en liten, pittoresk stadsdel med tillgång till stranden direkt framför stadsdelen. Poolen ligger mellan stranden och hemmet - bekvämt med badrum.

Ta cyklarna till de nära butikerna och restaurangerna: 1M till Alys Beach, 1M till HUB och 2 miles till Rosemary Beach. Bara 6 miles till Seaside.

It was a great labor day weekend with friends. Each couple having their own room and bathroom was clutch. The kitchen was full of all the items wet needed to be able to cook dinner one night. The location was great and very quiet. Hope to book it again next year if we're able to make it back

Wonderful Stay

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the Magnolia Cottage. The location was convenient to the beach, the pool, and not far from a Publix and anything else we needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic and the home is well appointed with plenty of towels, beach chairs, bikes, and some beach toys for the kids. We used the kitchen to cook frequently and found it to have everything we needed. There’s a great coffee/wine/pizza bar a short walk away that we found to be a convenient stop. We had a great week and would definitely recommend this home to anyone considering staying in the area.

Great location! Great property!

The property was so perfect. We had two adult sisters and our teenage daughters for a special spring break. The condo was so cute, clean, quiet and welcoming. We all felt comfortable, slept great and created so many great memories. The property was also in a perfect location to the pool and beach and was priced vey reasonably. The bikes and beach chairs were also such a nice bonus. We hope to go back!

Excellent stay!

Very peaceful and private location. Back porch/yard is fantastic and cooked out on grill provided. Walked to beach and pool each day, leveraging beach equipment and supplies which were all made available to us, including 4 bikes! Definitely will visit again in the future.

A Gem

My family stayed five days for my 60th birthday. The pictures for this house did not do any justice. This place is absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay again. The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked with all you need and meticulously clean. My husband’s fav was the screened back porch. The beach and pool access are near by and the shed with all the accessories were so helpful.

Amazing!!

Everything about our stay here was wonderful! Came here for a few days with family. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the location was perfect. We loved using the bikes to get around! Communication was excellent and the house itself was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Felt very secluded but was close to everything we wanted to explore. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back soon!

Amazing stay

The property was amazing, it was in a very safe neighborhood close to the pool and to the beach. The house had all the amenities you needed it even included bikes and beach chairs, and a beach wagon. I would definitely stay there again.

Private and Relaxing

This property had lots of space. Everyone having their own bathroom was a plus. We enjoyed grilling on the patio, reading on the screened in porch and sitting on the front porch. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only shortcoming was the more than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach and the 53 steps down to access the beach (and back up on the way home). That's a little far with a one year old. We quickly purged items we decided we're not a necessity to carry to the beach. The beach was beautiful!

Great house!

We had a great stay at Holiday 30a. The home was in a great location and we greatly appreciated the beach chairs + beach wagon as it made the walk to the beach very easy. The bikes were also an added bonus! I’d highly recommend this house to anyone visiting 30A.

We all loved this cottage

We had a great long weekend stay at this home. Our group of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 10 year olds) had plenty of room to spread out and all enjoyed the space. The kitchen and entire house were clean and well stocked and we loved that there were bikes and beach toys provided. The beach is an easy 7-10 min walk, but we preferred to ride our bikes over for a really quick trip. We also rode our bikes over to the Big Chill for ice cream, lunch and a little shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, nice area, clean house

My family stayed here for 5 days and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the bikes that were available to us and the beach chairs that we could take to the beach. The house was very clean and it was in a beautiful area. My only complaint would be that there was not enough toiletries available for my family of 6. One roll of toilet paper in the restrooms was not enough to last the week, there was no hand soap. Coffee machine but no coffee filters. We just had to buy way too many things that should have been available to us for a week long stay.

Great Location

It was a nice cottage that is in a little secluded neighborhood. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. You do have access to the beach with a private code, but you will still have to walk a a short distance down the beach because the private beach at the walkway is for a different condo. We ended up renting a golf cart and just drove a small distance to the public beach access so we didn't have to walk to far on the beach. Great stay

Spring Break

Such a charming and private getaway. The pictures do not do this home justice. Great location between Seaside and Rosemary, close to the hub. Perfect for adults and teenagers. Will definitely want to book this again.
