The space

Welcome to 'Watchtower!'

Located in the heart of Rosemary Beach and offering access to the stunning Rosemary Beach resort-style amenities, this beautifully designed end-unit townhome is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation!

Inside the first floor, you'll find a welcoming media room complete with a sleeper sofa, TV, and a full bathroom with a sleek glass shower. Connected to the media room is a mini bar area, with bar seating for 2. Down the hall is the first guest bedroom, featuring a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This level also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Just outside, the private courtyard creates a peaceful retreat. It features a cozy outdoor fireplace, comfortable lounge seating, and a small dining table. There's even a hammock strung under the trees for lazy afternoons! The courtyard connects the home to the separate carriage house.

Moving upstairs, the second floor houses the rest of the bedrooms, along with an additional laundry room. The luxurious master suite includes a King bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. Across the hall, the vibrant bunk room includes three sets of built-in Twin-over-Twin bunks and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The third floor is the heart of the home, offering a beautiful open-concept layout with lots of natural light. At the center is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring dual ovens, a six-burner gas stove with part flat top, and island seating for 4. Just off the kitchen is the spacious dining area with a large table, ideal for family dinners. The living room sits just beyond, offering plenty of comfortable seating and access to the expansive terrace, where you'll find a professional Weber BBQ grill, a lovely outdoor dining table, and incredible views of Rosemary Beach!

All the way at the top, the fourth floor offers a loft-like retreat with a wet bar, table for 4, and a cozy corner window bench. The highlight of this level is the expansive balcony, perfect for soaking up the sun. The wraparound balcony runs along the side of the house and leads to a covered terrace in the back, furnished with plenty of shaded seating. It's the ultimate spot to take in the panoramic views of Rosemary Beach and unwind above it all (and what gives 'The Watchtower' its fitting name)!

Located just across the courtyard above the garage, the separate carriage house provides a private space for extra guests. Inside, there's a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with island seating for 2, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a bedroom with a Queen bed. Outside in the courtyard, it features its own cozy seating area plus a small balcony with a table—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee!

Parking is available for two cars in the garage, one car on the garage pad, plus there are two additional passes for parking in the community.

As part of the Rosemary Beach community, guests can also enjoy access to the Cabana Pool and playground just a 1-minute walk away! The pool includes a section specifically designed for smaller children, as well as a connecting playground, providing plenty of entertainment!

It is also just a short walk to the other three community pools (including an indoor pool!), tennis courts, and scenic sand & boardwalk trails!

Guests will have complimentary access to Rosemary Beach's premier community amenities, including 4 luxurious community pools, tennis courts, and scenic trails throughout the neighborhood! Access to the fitness center is available at an additional cost.

Rosemary Beach Community Pools:

Cabana Pool (Closest to the Home)
-Centrally located in Rosemary Beach, the Cabana Pool is ideal for families and guests of all ages. It features a dedicated children's pool, an attached playground, and charming Mediterranean-style architecture. There are also sunbeds shaded by greenery for extra relaxation. Open daily 9AM - 9PM.

Coquina Pool
-Located near the Eastern Green and just steps from the beach, the Coquina Pool offers a relaxing, beachside atmosphere. Its negative-edge design and one consistent depth make it ideal for peaceful lounging and soaking up the stunning beachside views. Open daily 9AM - 9PM.

Barbados Pool
-Located near the Town Center on the south side of 30A, the Barbados Pool offers an elegant, tranquil retreat inspired by French West Indies architecture. With shaded areas and a beautiful fountain, it's the perfect spot to unwind after shopping, dining, or exploring Rosemary Beach. Open daily 9AM - 9PM.

Sky Pool
-The Sky Pool is a year-round, indoor heated pool located on the northeast side of the community. With a motorized roof, heated decking, built-in bench seating, and three lap lanes, it's ideal for cooler days, rainy afternoons, or peaceful early-morning swims. Open daily 6AM - 10PM. Adult-only hours: 6–9AM & 8–10PM.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, pool, fireplace, grill, or other amenities provided to guests.
