Key lime review

We had a great time at key lime with its spacious layout and charming porch and pool was a plus! My grandson loved the pool. It is close to the beach which was great as well. The only complaints I would have are the ice maker not working and the cleanliness of the floors. My grandson insisted on bare feet which became black in a short time from the floors. Overall we loved the location and size and amenities of this home.

Fall Break

Property was absolutely perfect for our group of 11 (mom, dad, grandmother and 8 well-behaved teens...Thank the LORD)! The Cabana, outdoor kitchen and pool area gave us plenty of room to spread out, while all the windows gave the adults an opportunity to supervise. The golf-cart and bikes were well-used. Most of all, the house was VERY clean, both kitchens were well stocked, and the property managers were the VERY BEST I've ever met. Denise and Noah were absolute God-sends when we broke a glass, lost a wallet, etc. Could not recommend Paradise Properties or this home more highly.

Spring Break 2023

The property has a great location & could be very nice. The photos must have been taken years ago. It definitely needs some work done, as it is pretty run down for over a $1000- per night. The siding is twisted and sagging in several places, the pool heater stopped working a of couple times at $65- per day, plus numerous other issues that could easily be remedied with a few dollars. Would not stay there again unless there were some major renovations.

The location of this house is wonderful for shopping, groceries, beach & restaurants. The rental company was amazingly responsive to the few (minor) things we needed help with during our stay.

Unclean and and unkempt

When paying 5 grand to stay at a property you expect it to be clean and taken care of. This is not the case with this property. Woke up in the morning to roll over and stare at a blood stain on the sheets. My brothers bed had hair all on it. And my other brothers bed had sand in it. The air vent was covered in dust. The air vent upstairs was broken and wouldn't close. There were stains and even mold in places. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but got up that morning and called it quits. The property management was very helpful, but there was nothing they could do to salvage the stay in the condition the property was in. I however was supposed to receive a refund by Monday the 12th. Instead the didn't process the refund until this morning, Tuesday the 13th and then they told me it would take 7 to 10 business days which is unacceptable. Probably would never ever book with them again as it is obvious it's not the properties they care about.

Great Location + All the Extras

I appreciated the timely and helpful communication with Paradise Properties, the management company. They answered all of my questions prior to our stay and were super responsive to inquiries while on site. The house was great! Loved the golf cart, basketball hoop, and of course the pool and pool house. The location was fantastic. Being on the east end of 30A helps you avoid traffic congestion, and we loved the walk ability to Shades restaurant as an alternative dining option. The location to the beach was wonderful and easy. Loved having a golf cart, super handy for hauling beach chairs and goods to the beach. My only suggestion would be to clarify the description of the bathrooms in the profile. The second floor bathroom is a Jack+Jill, which made it tricky scheduling showers between multiple families. I'd definitely book this property again!

Wonderful spacious house with pool!

My friends and I rented this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect. A lot of space and the pool area is so nice! Quick walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Just ok

You’re definitely paying for the location- the proximity to the beach, shopping, and other cute places was awesome! Loved the pool (although it was very dirty upon arrival) and having a golf cart to ride around in was amazing. Cleanliness was lacking. Half the tvs didn’t work. Broken or unusable equipment (ie gas grills). Dirty pool with toys in it. Needed to call for several different things. For the price we paid to stay here we wish we didn’t have to clean it ourselves upon arrival and many small things that could have been improved haven’t been updated- stained toilet seats, dirty area rugs, pieces of hardwood floor missing. We still had an amazing time, but we’d probably look for a different house in the same area next time.

Key Lime House Pros and Cons

Excellent location. Very nice pool area with a cottage house bedroom and bathroom for members of the family that prefer not to be awoken by early risers. Golf cart was wonderful to have as were the bicycles. Lots of parking places. Certainly needs some updating and sprucing up inside. I would definitely rent this property again just for the location and pool. Grandkids had a blast!

4 night getaway

This place is fantastic. We utilized the pool/bar area frequently and the golf cart provided by Paradise made trips to the beach (which is already very close) even easier. We had a great time and plan to return next year.

Property was great.. Won't go back though.. neighbors complaining about Kids singing at the pool and enjoying their Spring Break and then Paradise coming over to highlight it makes this area unappealing.. Paradise should have focused on heating the pool as they were asked to do and failed at.

Wonderful place for extended family vacation

The place was just right for our extended family. We loved the pool. The gorgeous beach was just a five-minute walk away. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots & pans, etc. We really enjoyed our stay.
