Detta nya semesterbostad med utsikt över sjön Carillon. Centralt belĂ€get i Carillon Beach ger bekvĂ€m tillgĂ„ng till centrum, stranden, pooler, tennisbanor och lekplats.

We loved everything about this house. It was perfect in every way. The bedrooms are spacious and we loved that each room had its on bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The living space is very comfortable for games and conversations! We will rent this house again!

Kindness Matters was one of several homes in Carillon Beach used for friends and family for our son’s wedding. However, Kindness Matters was the nicest one of the lot. Our hosts, Karen and her team, took great care of us and everything was perfect. She even answered a few questions while she herself was on vacation out of the country! Thank you for being an integral part of a very important weekend for our family!

Our stay at Kindness Matters was absolutely perfect! The house is extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you need for a great vacation and located just a short walk to the beach! We especially appreciated the beach towels and 2 beach chairs provided. The Carillon community is clean, private and so pretty. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and hope to return in the future!

Beautiful spacious accommodations. Comfortable seating in the common areas and on the back deck enhance your ability to quickly relax and feel at home. The well-equipped, fully functional kitchen is ready for any type of cooking and entertaining. Ideal location on the lake and only a short walk to the pool and beach access.

Everything about this house is perfect for a group of 10 or less. The location is fantastic. Publix a mile or less. Beaches within 150 yards. 3 pools. Great kitchen. Cannot beat it!!!!!

The home is beautiful. It was the perfect house for our family of ten, which included three generations. The home was immaculate and is equipped with everything we needed. The decor is exactly what I would pick out for my own home. We all loved it, and would love to stay there again. The location is perfect, and it is very close to the beach.

Kindness Matters is truly one of the most welcoming, good-vibe places I have ever stayed - and I have been staying up and down 30-A for 30 years. The house itself is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and plenty to gather. We almost didn’t make it because of Hurricane Sally, but even with the neighborhood flooded, the people were so warm and friendly! The beaches were uncrowded and beautiful in a way I had not seen (post hurricane). The restaurants opened and we dined safely (COVID!) outside at Gratitude right across the park from the house - delicious food! The Phat Crab across the way also has the best “Mystery Margarita” I have tasted to date. The weather changed to chilly in the evening and we especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace at that time. We danced to the music of a wedding in the square on the back porch. Just the best stay ever. Karen was so amazing and wonderful to work with. If I can help it, I will rent from her from now on!!

This house was absolutely gorgeous! Wonderful location on the lake at Carillon and just a short walk to the beach. The home was spotlessly clean and completely stocked with all necessities. Spacious living area and kitchen were great for our family with 4 kids 18-28. Loved the covered porch at back. So relaxing. The property manager was absolutely great! Easy to communicate with and very helpful. Went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back!

Kindness Matters is the perfect beach house!! The home has an open floor plan with spacious bedrooms that allows for a large group to stay under the same room without feeling cramped. You can comfortably seat 12 people for a meal or game night. Beds are all comfortable and clean. Kitchen is not only stocked with everything you could possibly need but also organized with labels on every drawer and cabinet. The back patio with a lake view is lovely and you can be on the beach in a less than 5 minute walk. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and this home is SO CLEAN! Definitely helps that it is new, but I can tell that the cleaners do a very thorough job. Karen and Kristi were quick to respond and even came over immediately to help us figure out how to use the new kitchen appliances. We wil definitely return to Kindess Matters in Carillon!
