Sommarpalatset - ett hem som nyligen byggdes av Destin Magazines 2014 & 2015 'Best Construction Company' ChiMar Construction. Detta hem är professionellt inredda hem färdiga och var färdig 2012! 8 sovplatser bekvämt. Kick tillbaka och njut av naturen från någon av de 3 verandorna dekorerade med Adirondack-stolar och bekväma rottingmöbler. Vi har inkluderat platt-TV i alla sovrum och familjerummet samt lösenordsskyddad Wi-Fi-åtkomst och iphone-laddare för teknikentusiaster.

Vi har dekorerat i ett avslappnat tema på stranden med det senaste inom bänkytor och vackra trägolv. Befälhavaren svit på övervåningen har king size-säng, en duschkabin med regndusch, en klädkammare, en privat balkong / veranda och ett skrivbord / sminkområde. Våra rum har en dubbelsäng och eget badrum. Vi har en våningssäng med inbyggda våningssängar för att rymma 4 med ett privat badrum.

Gott om parkering - både utanför gatan och trottoarkanten parkering. Sommarpalatset backar upp till ett skogsområde och cykelvägen till Rosemary Beach - ett bra område för barnen att leka ute.

Börja din semester direkt och oroa dig inte för att packa allt eller gå direkt till butiken ... För din bekvämlighet har vi inkluderat duschgel och schampo i alla badrum samt en start på kaffefilter, badhanddukar, tvättmedel , och diskmaskin. Ytterligare bekvämligheter inkluderar barnstol, pack-n-play, paraplyvagn, strandleksaker, paraply, stolar och en svalare.

Njut av den korta promenad till poolen på 12 000 kvadratmeter med fontäner och flera soldäck. Gå eller cykla till middag & shopping i Seacrest, Rosemary Beach eller Alys Beach. När du är på väg till stranden hoppar du på skytteln för att njuta av den vackra vita sandstranden och smaragdvatten på 30A!

Family vacation

Great location it’s close to everything you would want to do. So many families around as well that was super nice. We enjoyed easy access to the beach and pool. The house was beautiful just as advertised. Our host was very responsive to me with any questions we had. Our trip started off rocky with delays and baggage issues and she was easy to get ahold of that made things easier. We were able to go deep sea fishing. A first for my eldest. We will definitely be back in the future. You can rent bikes close by which made things easy to get to. We were there for the Fourth of July so we saw amazing fireworks off the beach and in our neighborhood.

Beautiful home in Seacrest

We loved staying in this beautiful home in Seacrest. It's clean, tastefully decorated, and roomy enough for our family. The location is fantastic: within walking distance of Seacrest Beach, the community pool, shops, and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend it; we would absolutely stay there again.

A fantastic stay!

The house had plenty of space and is very nice. We loved the outdoor spaces to sit while the kids slept and it was so quiet at night. You saw security making rounds throughout the night. Kids were riding their bikes and playing. It seems like a long walk to the beach, but it really isn't and if you don't want to walk the tram is an easy ride or you can rent bikes. The house is a short walk to shops and restaurants and the beautiful, large pool. Rosemary was only a slightly further walk/bike ride, but it was totally doable! Mary Beth was great and communicated with us prior and after the trip. We hope to return next year!

Hidden Gem

We had an absolutely amazing week at the Summer Palace. The house was clean, beautiful decorated, and spacious. Every detail has been thought out and we were so appreciative. Mary Beth was so easy to work with too. We decided last minute to stay an extra day and Mary Beth accommodated us and made it so easy. We will be coming back.

Lovely family vacation week

Everything as advertised. Good communication. Great to have the trolley to take us to beach access and to be able to walk to the awesome neighborhood pool. We had an issue with fridge on arrival and this was addressed expediently and satisfactorily. Would stay again!

Nice clean house with easy access to Seacrest community

The house was great, well furnished and equipped. Kids enjoyed biking to the shops and restaurants in Seacrest. We spent Easter weekend there and hoped to spend the week in the pool, but it was not heated and a bit too cold to swim. Only complaint about the area is that the beach access is a good distance from the neighborhood and by the time we got there at late-morning it was wall-to-wall people.

The Summer Palace is a great house and we enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property owner was excellent and check in easy. The house/kitchen was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. The Seacrest neighborhood is charming and it was a quick easy walk (or tram) across the street to the beautiful beach. Also an easy walk to Rosemary shops/dining and Inlet beach. A short drive to Seaside and Watercolor. We didn’t have great weather the week before Christmas but our teens girls never complained there was so much to do and see! If you plan a stay at the Summer Palace, you will love it!

Easy Getaway

We loved our after Christmas Getaway at Summer Palace in Seacrest Beach. House backed up to nature trail and felt private, yet quick bike ride to shops, pool, beach path. House was clean, stylish and had everything we needed.

Quiet Oasis Yet Well Located

From booking to checkout Mary Beth was a very welcoming and professional host. Instructions for the home and access were very easy to navigate. This home is located at the back of the subdivision which makes it quiet and away from the traffic on 30-A but still a short walk to the beach. The home backs to the nature trail which also makes for a short walk into Rosemary Beach. We found the home to be supplied with most all of our essential needs and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the screen porch which overlooks the green belt at the rear of the property. This is our fourth year to travel to the Emerald Coast area on 30-A for our winter vacation and we are always anxious to go back. Many thanks to this host for making it another memorable year!

Great House for a family

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Having some of the kids stuff like a pack 'n play and high chair are nice touches and make travel easier. We also liked that the property is closer to the back of the neighborhood which reduced the amount of traffic around the house.
