This is a duplex that can be reserved as one home. Perfect for 2 families meeting up and vacationing together, meeting up for the big tournament OR one large family, the Sea Cove allows for family fun during the day while allowing for separate private time in your respective unit when needed.


Both sides offer a peaceful and cozy living area that provides plenty of seating and entertainment opportunities in the form of a 50" HDTV smart TV- sign in and stream on your favorite apps. free Wi-Fi (of course). Separated from the living area by a handy breakfast bar, the eat-in kitchen has lots of counter space plus all the major and minor appliances you need- all Brand new pots, pans, dishes and tableware you need to enjoy anything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal.


One side has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master is perfect for Mom and Dad, the second bedroom is outfitted nicely for kids with a comfy Bunk trundle (3 beds- 1 Full and two twins)

SeaSalt Cove Retreat offers AC throughout, and both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Free Wi-Fi is accessible from every room.

Also, the wonderful petting zoo is a few minutes away if you want a change of scene from the beach. Perfect for the kiddos!

* Check-in is after 4:00PM (CST); Check-out is 10:00AM

* If you need an early check in, you will have to book the night before
* Note that the top twin bunks have a weight limitation of 150 lbs.
* No smoking/vaping inside the house
* Parking is for 2 vehicles only
* No RVs, boats, trailers, or large equipment is allowed to be parked without permission - contact us for details
* Do not park in the front yard
* No pets allowed on the premises
* No parties
* No fireworks
* No horseplay in the house or on the furniture
* We will charge for any damage to the property, house or furnishings
* a refundable $800 security fee is collected at the time of booking
* PLEASE be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am. We have wonderful, friendly neighbors and wish to maintain a great relationship.
