The space

Welcome to 'Boots to Barefoot!'

Stepping inside, you're welcomed by soaring ceilings with exposed beams and an abundance of natural light that immediately creates an open, inviting atmosphere. The main living room centers around a cozy fireplace, with a convenient wet bar located just behind it, perfect for entertaining. This space flows effortlessly into the dining area and has direct access out to the pool deck. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a gas range, a walk-in pantry, and a large center island with seating for 4. Just across, a built-in coffee bar makes it easy to grab your morning cup!

Also on the first floor is the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the first master bedroom, which includes a King bed, access out to the pool deck, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a walk-in closet.

Outside, enjoy a private backyard retreat, featuring a saltwater pool that is surrounded by lush landscaping. There's also a covered outdoor seating area, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower for added convenience.

Moving upstairs, the second floor offers a secondary living area with access out to a charming balcony. This floor also includes a half bathroom and the remaining three bedrooms. The second master bedroom is complete with a King bed, a walk-in closet, access to two separate balconies, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower with dual shower heads. One of these balconies is screened-in with a TV and daybed swing, creating a cozy outdoor lounge space. There is also another King bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The final bedroom on this floor is a bunk room featuring two sets of Twin-over-Queen bunk beds, an air hockey table, play area, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combination.

The third floor adds even more flexibility, with a bonus living area with a comfortable sofa and TV, along with two separate workspaces, each featuring a desk and desk chair. Behind the sofa, a Full-over-Full bunk bed provides additional sleeping space. This floor also includes a convenient wet bar, a half bathroom, and a private balcony, making it a great spot for relaxing, working remotely, or an additional hangout space.

There is parking for two cars in the driveway, and additional street parking is available all throughout the community.

Located literally just steps from the Seacrest Beach shuttle stop, it's easy to hop on and head straight to the beautiful white-sand beaches! (Though it is an easy walk!) Throughout the neighborhood, you'll find charming cafés, delicious dining spots, boutique shops, and more! Guests can also enjoy access to the Seacrest resort-style lagoon pool, only 0.1 miles away!

Also, just a short walk or bike ride away are the scenic towns of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!

For those who love the outdoors, Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell offer birding, kayaking, and hiking, while golfers will enjoy being just minutes from Camp Creek Golf Club!

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is also a complimentary tram to and from the beach that stops right outside of the home!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out/early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-Please note that the garage and carriage house above the garage are not for guests' use.
-​​​​​​​Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
