The moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. In the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, you will find plenty of seating including two very comfortable couches. The TV comes with YouTube TV included but feel free to login to any of your favorite streaming services. The kitchen is stocked with all you should need for your cooking desires.

The main floor master bedroom comes with a king bed, walk-in closet, attached bathroom with separate tub and shower as well as access to the pool and deck. Off the hallway from the master bedroom is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a full bath. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All three bedrooms have a smart tv with YouTubeTV included and dimmable USB lights to charge all of your electronics.

Try not to spend all of your vacation in the air-conditioned garage playing ping-pong, one of 60 classic arcade games on the cocktail arcade console or relaxing on the leather reclining couch watching the 75” TV!

Other things to note:
The maximum occupancy is 8 people. Exceeding this or having more overnight guests than was booked will result in a $250 fine and you will be asked to leave.

We have a strict no pet policy. There will be a $250 cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave if you bring a pet to the property.

There is a ring doorbell and ring floodlight camera above the garage for the safety of both the guest and host.

The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Host is not responsible for any injuries resulting from pool use.

Pool is not heated.

Grill is propane and a tank will be provided. Please clean the grill after each use to avoid an additional charge.

The driveway is big enough to fit 4 cars; there is no parking in the garage.

Check-in time is 4pm, check-out is 10am
