THE NEIGHBORHOOD: A laid back, beachy vibe with wide streets and coastal style homes. Walking distance to Beach Access 12A.

THE BUNGALOW: Single level coastal style home with 2 car garage and 2 driveway spaces. Exterior is a light turquoise to match our beautiful PCB ocean. Interior is sparkling clean, light, bright and airy - the perfect mix of laid back seaside luxury!

THE KITCHEN:
When you enter through the front door (with smart lock door code for easy access), you are greeted by an open concept kitchen/dining room. Start your day of with a cup of coffee from the sweet little coffee bar. Beautiful quartz countertops and subway backsplash make this kitchen so much fun to be in. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal for your family. High chair and kids table settings available as well!

THE LIVING ROOM:
Swing around the corner and sink into the comfy sectional and cozy up to watch a movie on the 55" smart TV (with YouTube live TV)and play a board game.

BEDROOM #1 WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM:
A large, serene room with the comfiest KING bed. Room is equipped with a 55" smart TV, desk, alarm clock, sound machine, phone chargers. Sliding door that leads to backyard.

ENSUITE BATHROOM:
Attached to bedroom #1, the newly remodeled bathroom is dreamy - white shiplap walls and subway tile shower. Public Goods bath products provided - you'll love them! Also equipped with hairdryer and makeup mirror.

BEDROOM #2:
Another super comfy KING size bed, 55" smart TV, clock, chargers, etc. Access to backyard as well.

BATHROOM #2:
Just down the hall you'll find a cute bathroom with coastal wall paneling and a shower/tub combo. Equipped with Public Goods bath products, hairdryer and makeup mirror.

BEDROOM #3
FULL on FULL bunk beds with TWIN size trundle. Pack n Play in closet for our tiniest guests (; This room also has a smart TV.

PATIO AND BACKYARD SPACE:
This is where the magic happens! Play some yard games, have a putting competition or just sit under the white lights & sparkling stars of the Emerald Coast and drink your favorite beverage.

GARAGE
Ping pong or foosball, anyone? This is where you'll find the beach gear as well. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, wagon, towels, cooler and BIKES!!
