Denna 2 sovrum Gulf Front Townhouse är det perfekta stället för en familj att njuta av stranden. På stranden ligger i Inlet Beach och är en av de enda platserna längs 30A som erbjuder den enklaste tillgången till stranden med bara 2 steg tills dina tår är i sanden!

När du går i ytterdörren, hälsas du av den pittoreska inredningen av naturliga färger i hela och trägolv. På första våningen finns ett stort kök med gott om diskutrymme. Det stora öppna vardagsrummet har en bäddsoffa och loveseat samt plattskärms-tv och skjutdörrar med utsikt över smaragdkusten. Matsalen ligger strax utanför vardagsrummet och erbjuder plats för 6 och ytterligare sittplatser för 2 i baren. Du kan också njuta av en vacker dag ute på uteplatsen som erbjuder en grill och bord med stolar. På första våningen finns också ett halv badrum och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
På andra våningen finns 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Det stora sovrummet erbjuder ett stort område med king size-säng och platt-tv. Det stora sovrummet har en balkong för dig att njuta av ljudet av vågorna som slår sanden. Sitt och njut av de 2 schäslongarna. Befälhavaren bad erbjuder 2 fåfängligheter och en dusch / badkar combo.
Det andra sovrummet är perfekt för barnen och barnbarnen med 2 uppsättningar våningssängar. En erbjuder full på botten och tvilling på toppen och den andra erbjuder tvilling över tvilling med en tvilling rulla. Det finns en TV för att titta på DVD och ett komplett badrum med dusch / badkar combo.

Denna två sovrum Gulf Front townhome ligger inbäddat i den pittoreska stadsdelen Inlet Beach där du kommer att uppleva vad den vackra kusten har att erbjuda med fantastisk utsikt och vackra solnedgångar. På stranden ligger bara 1 mil till Rosemary Beach, som erbjuder shopping, restauranger och mer för alla att njuta av. Under sommarmånaderna, ta en film eller live band ut på greenerna.

The location was great, right on the beach. There was plenty of space to cook and hang out for our family of 4. We had an issue with one of our girls being locked in the bathroom due to a faulty door knob. It was at 5:30pm on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, we were on our own to solve the problem. The after hours emergency contact number isn’t accurate, because they don’t return calls. The number just routes you to the main office. I sent 3 texts, 2 emails, and 4 voice messages. Nobody ever responded. If you have any kind of issue after hours (between 5pm & 9:00am), you are on your own to solve the problem, no matter what it is. I never received a response to the emergency. Our daughter was locked in for 45 minutes. I had to FaceTime her and walk her through how to use a screwdriver to use to open the mechanism inside the doorknob. Zero help from the management company. Other than not counting many assistance during your stay, it’s a great location.

Loved location right on beach & close to conveniences. Smooth check-in. Essentials were clean, master bed comfortable, but several things would keep us from staying here again.Kitchen drawer was dirty & used as “junk” drawer (photo attached). Two fry pans had handles ready to fall off. Kitchen in general was very disorganized. Much of the cookware & utensils needed replacing. Appliances showing age & would benefit from replacement.Kitchen needed better organization & stocking. Lacked basic essential. Something as simple as salt and pepper were not supplied.“Game” closet in living room was full of junk (see photo).Dining room chairs very loose & unsafe to sit on.Master bath faucets had terrible water pressure.Upstairs patio furniture had no cushions, making them impossible to sit on without sliding off.Plastic Adirondack chairs were cracked (see photo).BBQ grill grates very dirty with no brush to clean with.Beach gear storage area full of dead flies (see photo)No screens on patio doors making it difficult to leave the doors open without bugs getting in. Also should be noted that beach is not private & a company hosts bonfire gatherings. Generally respectful & ends by 10pm, but guests seeking total privacy should be aware.Management company was responsive & sent maintenance over promptly who took care of low water pressure, loose fry pan handles & loose dining room chairs.Overall, loved the location but disappointed by condition of condo relative to price.

We loved being so close to the beach with a wide open view all across the beach facing side of the house. The layout is spacious and comfortable and there was seating in the den area (one of the sofas) that faces the view of the beach. Check in was super easy and overall helpful using an access code for the door and not keeping up with keys (or key card).

Our Favorite Spot on 30A

We always love Inlet and Rosemary, but this is our favorite location--right on the sand, the sound of the waves waking you up in the morning. Nice kitchen, comfy beds, great TV and couches--nothing but good things to say about this place!

The location is amazing. Best spot right at the beach. The beds are comfy. The kitchen has everything you need for two people. If you are more people it could have more cups and teespoons. Overall our stay with beach view was great!

Beautiful place to stay

We enjoyed a week in Paradise! The linens and towels were very clean and everything was in good shape. It is so convenient to be steps from the beach. Our monitor reached for the baby which was a plus for nap time! This is our fifth year coming to Inlet Beach and we love staying in these kind!

Great house but………

First the positives. The house was great. Very clean and easy to get to. Property managers were very nice and easy to communicate with. No complaints at all about the house. The negative is that the beach directly in front of the property is “public” beach and nowhere in the description of the property was this stated. From having to wake up at 6am every morning in order to just get a spot by the water, to the daily harassment by the county “code enforcement officers”. I was told a different set of “rules” everyday by a different code enforcement officer as to how close our small canopy could be to the water. Each day it was a different rule and was very arbitrarily enforced. Had i known the beach was public and could be used by anyone not staying at property i wouldve stayed elsewhere.

Excellent place to take your family!

This was a vacation we will never forget! The location is perfect/ especially with young kids, who are in and out of the water. THE best! Bikes are a must and such an easy, beautiful bike ride into all the perfect spots; coffee, food, shops, you name it! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Steps from the sand! The location can’t be beat. Was a great size for our party of 7. The kitchen was ill equipped and the dishwasher was broken our entire stay. They attempted to fix it but it never worked properly. Had to hand wash dishes.

LOVED IT

This property is perfect for those of you who want to wake up, walk outside and put your toes in the sand! Ideal for families with kids, low key/low volume beach, close to everything you need! We had a fantastic vacation and will be back! These are minor recommendations I would make: blackout blinds for the master bedroom, more cups for kitchen, add that there is a hair dryer to the amenities list, new deck furniture needed and a clean-out of old chairs/toys.

We loved this property!

We have stayed in many properties at several different beaches along 30a. This has been our favorite so far because of how close you feel to the water and access to the beach. We were skeptical about staying in a 2 bedroom because we have 3 boys, but the layout was perfect. The second bedroom sleeps as many as 6. We loved walking down to the inlet in the morning and sunsets were perfect in the evenings right from the back porch. We will definitely rent from here again - unless one comes available for purchase, in which case this location is top of our list.

Prime location, with easy beach access. Quiet beach. Plan on purchasing all grocery items you need (including paper plates, coffee filters, salt/pepper) as the property has none of the above.
