Gorgeous Panama City Beach 2 BR 2.5 BA townhome!

We'd love to host you in our Beautiful 2 BR, 2.5 BA townhouse located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort – one of the most popular family-oriented resorts in Panama City Beach. No waiting for an elevator or looking for a parking spot in an enormous parking garage here! Main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, making meal prep a breeze, a half bath, living room, wet bar, dining area and extra seating at the bar, large open living room and screen back patio area that backs up to the canal. An open floor plan features luxury vinyl plank flooring in the downstairs and carpet on the stairway and upstairs bedrooms. The bathrooms are tile.
The primary bedroom offers a carpeted king bed and a private bath. The second carpeted bedroom offers two full beds and a private bath attached. The Living Room offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
Gulf Highlands Resort offers plenty of activities, just out your door with tennis courts, 11 swimming pools (5 heated), pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard and mini golf. Take a short 3-minute walk across the street to reach the sunny sands of Panama City Beach.
Beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella and a variety of beach toys are available for your use in the screen porch closet. We provide a pickle ball set and tennis set! An electric grill is also provided. onsite The Beach House by The Cajun Chicks restaurant offers amazing food and beverages!
Close to shopping at Pier Park. Walking distance to several restaurants and entertainment.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The location of this condo is excellent! Loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands is a neat property. Everyone is friendly and the amount of pools and other things to do is great! One thing that we didn’t like was that the poolside restaurant was only open Thurs-Sat which means we missed it. There is a restaurant you can walk to from the beach though—Barefoot and they have a cute pool and area for kids. Also none of the pools at Gulf Highlands were heated yet—maintenance told us they don’t turn on the heat until later October. The main pool closest to the beach was freezing but our kids still enjoyed! The condo was clean and had plenty of space for us. The kitchen was also fully stocked. We grilled one night and appreciated having that option! Gulf Highlands is close to several things-Walmart, Wonderworks, Shipwreck Island, restaurants. We loved the Mexican restaurant next door! The screened in back porch was a lifesaver for us having kids since the condo backs up to the canal. We did get to go out and feed the fish and turtles in the canal thanks to our next door neighbor. On our last day, we ended up losing water due to a busted water main. Lisa responded almost immediately and was able to find out what was going on. They got the water back on pretty fast too and it did not affect our stay at all. Overall, we loved staying here and would definitely return!

Great Place!

Our vacation was wonderful and the condo was wonderful. We have stayed in the same one the past 2 years. We like staying in this unit because it has everything you need and is close to the beach.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort

We were in 102 Grand HIghland Blv. First off, it is so close to the beach and close to the pool. They also have a pool at the beach as well as a restaurant . Private entrance. We all know that Panama City Beach is awesome !! As for our townhouse. The master bedroom was huge. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I am so used to bringing all sorts of items, I did not need them. They are generous in amount of dishwasher and washing cleaners. They also had a very nice organized items for the beach. We found that they are pretty beat up, so we bring ours but we realized we did not need them . They have a kitchen inventory that is amazing. We did not have to run the dishwasher every day because there was not enough. Our hostess Lisa was quick when I had some questions . You cannot go wrong with this place. Thank you. We definitely made some new memories here.

Dream Come True.

The name really fits the condo! This was by far our most favorite place compared to all of the other condos we’ve stayed at in PCB. The host was really information and communication with both her and the property manager was really efficient. The condo was well stocked and I love that everything from the sponge too the toilet paper was in it’s original packaging. Their was plenty of room for our little family between both bedroom and the screened in porch was absolutely perfect for winding down at the very end of the night. It only took us about three mins to walk from the front of condo to the stair case that leads you to the beach. The weather was beautiful and this was by far the most relaxing stay we’ve had at PCB. We will def use Lisa and her team again!

Fun Family Vacation

The property had everything we needed, and was easy access to all of the amenities, pool, mini golf, beach and just a short drive to some of the area restaurants and attractions. We’ve already booked to return next year!

Walk to beach is a piece of cake, and the pool is even easier! Just a couple minutes from Pineapple Willy’s and other restaurants. Host is quick to respond and very helpful.
