Denna 2-rumslägenhet i High Pointe Beach Resort (# 122) erbjuder allt du kan önska i en semesterbostad.  Stort glasfönster erbjuder en bländande utsikt över High Pointe Beach Resorts badort med vattensporter.   Njut av ditt morgonkaffe eller kvällsvin på terrassen vid poolen medan du tittar på barnen leker utomhus.  Platt-TV, stereo och gott om sittplatser för familj och vänner betyder att alla kommer att vara väl underhållna och bekväma.   



Anläggningen erbjuder gratis parkering. Det finns en avslappnad tiki bar och grill. Ytterligare bekvämligheter inkluderar en utomhuspool och en bubbelpool, samt shuffleboardbanor, tennisbanor, en lekplats och en grillplats.

 

High Pointe Resort ligger i en gated Gulf Front Resort ligger mellan Rosemary och Alys Beaches i Seacrest Beach på södra sidan av Scenic 30A. High Pointe Resort är den mest kända och väl genomtänkta av Gulf Front Beach Resort-egenskapen på 30A.

Två komposit tennisbanor, shuffle styrelse domstolar, grillplatser ligger i hela fastigheten och barnen kommer att njuta av lekplatsen som gjorts bara för dem. Förutom den stora 6 000 kvadratmeter lagunen poolen finns en baby / barnpool och en stor bubbelpool.



OMRÅDE ATTRAKTIONER:

High Pointe Resort ligger 5 minuters promenad (2 kvarter) från Rosemary Beachs by, restauranger och butiker. 30A Cykelbanan går rakt igenom fastigheten och slingrar sig längs hela 18 miles av Scenic 30A.

Vår 1: a våningen lägenhet, enhet 15W, ligger direkt på viken. Västbyggnaden är 4 våningar med endast 24 enheter, 6 per våning.

Det är en vacker lägenhet med vacker utsikt. Detta är sant golf-front levande. Njut av en privat täckt uteplats med gräsmatta strax utanför vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Vår lägenhet har uppdaterats och renoverats. Köket är fyllt med en komplett uppsättning krukor / pannor, glasögon, redskap, mixer, brödrost och mycket mer. Värme- och luftkonditioneringssystemet är helt nytt och garanterar snygga temperaturer på sommaren och varma på vintern. Alla uteplats skjutdörrar har renoverats och gör dem lätta att öppna och stänga. Uteplatsen har ett klassiskt teak träbord och 4 stolar och 2 justerbara schäslonger.

I don't know that I have ever left a bad review, but we showed up and the condo had barely been cleaned. There was standing water in the hallway bathroom with paper towels laying over it and a plunger in the middle of the room. Floors were filthy and shower was full of hair. We called the emergency hotline and they told us we would have to wait until the next morning to get with the property manager. After much time on the phone, we did end up leaving and were offered a refund for the nights we did not stay. We ended up moving to another condo, but the first 24 hours of our vacation were full of inconveniences. I post this review only hoping I can save someone else the trouble.

We had the best stay! Great condo, wonderful complex. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Close to everything! Daily runs through Rosemary and Alys beach. Definitely recommend this property!

This is a very nice unit. We love the High Pointe property. The only negative, is this unit only has one wine glass and no wine opener. Would have been nice to have that. It’s an easy fix for the owner.

This is our favorite place to stay on 30A! The condo was fabulous! It would be awesome if it offered a beach set up and bikes like some of the other condos in High Pointe offer- but the condo is self is amazing!

The condo and complex were exactly as shown and explained. We stayed with 7 other families in the complex however we were the only condo without bikes and beach chairs. That was an added expense. Bikes and chair are a must. The property and location are fantastic and we will be back just will find a condo that includes bikes and beach rentals because we all paid the same price.

The condo was wonderful - well decorated and VERY clean! Kitchen was well stocked, and the management company was very friendly and responded quickly when called. The only disappointment was that the condo didn't include chair rental. All of our other friends who were renting at High Point had 2 chairs and an umbrella included in their rental fee, and we had to incur that additional expense. Other than that, it was perfect!

Killed two roaches within the first 5 minutes of walking into the condo. Obvious there was very little cleaning done, dirt caked on the floors. Ran bedding through wash just in case, and washed all dishes before using. Saw/killed about 30 roaches within our 5 day stay. We try to get back to rosemary beach every year, and this was the more disappointing visit.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. It was a prime location and walkable to everything you could want to do. The condo was nice but definitely in need of a deep clean. When we arrived the floors we’re pretty dirty but I ran the vacuum and carried on with our vacation. The rooms were very spacious and I thought the beds were very comfortable. The booking agency was great to work with. We had a simple problem with one of the fans making a noise and they sent somebody out immediately to take care of it which I thought was excellent service. I loved being able to walk everywhere from our condo. This is a floor unit which was perfect for stepping right out to the pool which is right outside the door and a very easy walk to the beach. It’s also just a few minutes to walk across the street to lots of restaurants and shops and just a few minutes walk to Rosemary town Center. The only negative thing I would have to say about the rental was the beach set up and placement of umbrellas on the beach. There was no mention of HOA rules when booking and there are very specific regulations about placement of personal chairs and not being allowed to put up your own beach canopy or shade. If you want access to easily get to the water you essentially are forced to pay for chairs and umbrella at a rate of nearly $400 a week. The chairs and umbrellas were placed so close to one another that each umbrella was physically touching the one next to it. They were so close together that a small child had trouble squeezing between them and I had to physically duck underneath them to walk from behind my chair to the water. It would be one thing if they were all being used and they were trying to accommodate people renting them but half of the chairs were empty and it felt very crammed. Despite the overcrowding the chairs, the beach was very nice and the restaurant is delicious and I highly recommend checking it out.

Loved everything except the weather, but it is spring so the weather was bipolar and we really can't control mother nature. I wish we had more sunny days! The condo was not as clean as previous guests said it was. Sweeping, cleaning the floors much more thoroughly could have been done. Dusting more...we were very disappointed, we killed four yes 4 🕷🕷🕷🕷 I mean the location is great, everything was close. Everything in walking distance. Love Rosemary Beach!
