Vi accepterar 21 och uppåt !!!!Här är vårt helt nya hem som ligger på den västra änden av stranden. Det har just renoverats med nya golv, nya sängkläder, möbler, disk och apparater. Det är 55 meter från stranden. Bara en kort promenad så är du där!

När du kör upp till hemmet har du en uppfart som sveper runt baksidan av hemmet. Det finns tillräckligt med parkering för fyra fordon i uppfarten och har också ett garage. Du har tre ingångar till hemmet. Ytterdörren som leder in i vardagsrummet, garageporten som leder till nedre hallen och bakdörren som leder in i det bakre sovrummet och in i köket.

När du går genom ytterdörren ser du det öppna vardagsrummet med gott om sittplatser. Det finns också en bäddsoffa i queen size i soffan. Till höger ser du trapporna upp till andra våningen. tidigare är det kök med ett ön helt nytt kylskåp, spis, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Gott om skåp utifrån och ned. Du har din matsal som består av ett stort matbord med 6 personer. På motsatt sida av köket har du en dörr som leder ut i ett slutet skärmrum / solrum med en våningssäng. Den nedre sängen är sängen i full storlek och den övre sängen är en dubbelsäng. Detta rum har också en dörr som leder ut till trädgården.

På andra sidan vardagsrummet (går vänster från ytterdörren) går du in i en hall. Till vänster har du ditt sovrum med king size-säng och privat badrum. När du går tillbaka ut i korridoren om du går rätt kommer du att vara vid garageporten. Inuti garaget har du en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek och en sluten dusch. Det finns också en lera diskbänk bredvid tvättmaskinen och torktumlaren.

När man går uppåt kommer den ut i ett öppet utrymme med utsikt över vardagsrummet. du har en dörr som tar dig ut på en liten balkong där du hittar en fantastisk utsikt över havet och solnedgången. Ägaren kommer att lägga i sängen på andra våningen där det är över att se vardagsrummet, även om vi inte är säker på om det kommer att bli en tvilling eller full storlek säng ännu. Du har ett gästbadrum och mitt i korridoren som går vänster från trappan. på ena sidan finns ett gäst sovrum med en queen size-säng, och samma i det andra gäst sovrummet.

Fun long weekend getaway

This house is perfect for enjoying the beach with family. Close to the beach with lots of room and private pool provides relaxing alternative to surf and sand. Beach is super nice and just a short walk from the house.

A real home away from home

From start to finish, very east and transparent. The property is amazing. There is plenty of room and the pool area is a great chill spot. They have everything in the kitchen you need to prepare any meal you want, complete with outside grill. Will absolutely stay here again

We all absolutely loved our stay!!!!! Great communication. Lisa is great to deal with and the house was very spacious and pictures dont do justice! Loved having our private pool after a long day at the beach for kids to play and relax. The neighborhood was great as well and the location the beach was an easy access for everyone 😉 Will definitely be back!!!!

The home is incredible, with the perfect layout and amenities. Not only is the house gorgeous, but the management is truly some of the best I have ever interacted with. Lisa, the property manager, was so accommodating and an absolute joy to work with. This location was a VERY short walk to the beach and a few cute coffee shops, some food/bars, and an uber ride to anything under the sun. Lastly, the home was extremely clean and comfortable! STAY HERE.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Why the title? It’s simple. We have rented many beach houses since 2015, and all of the rentals have been the same until this one. Reserving the house was a breeze - the communication before arriving - super fast and informative - paying for the house before arrival was the most relaxed, non-stressful method ever. To be honest, I was worried we were being scammed up until the day we arrived, when all those worries were put to rest. The house is real - the person on the other end of the phone is actually that nice and the house was exactly as described. Rent with them and you will not be disappointed.

Terea was quick with responses- week was just too short!Family loved it!As a child, we always stayed down in Laguna Beach area. As an adult with children, we have tried the condos with 5 pools, but my kids thought this was the best thing ever- having their own pool to have their rules! Would recommend to families in a heartbeat!

There was 12 of us and not enough towels and no sheets and blankets for the let out couch. But we made due. That house was absolutely beautiful. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This well-equipped house with plenty of room for a large company is close to the beach. Due to the colder weather we rarely used the saltwater pool but the pool area is also very nice. Very lovely owners that we had the pleasure to meet. Interior is clean, beds are comfy and all necessary kitchen tools are provided. The rental agency is easy to communicate with and was supportive in every way. We stayed four weeks and loved it. Will definitely book again if back in the area.

What we needed but wouldn't stay again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was very nice and the house was a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-appointed and the booking company was quick to answer my questions before booking and during my stay. This house served our purposes for this trip but we will most likely not stay there on future trips. I wish I had known the following things before I arrived: -guests in my party would be walking through my bedroom constantly to get to/from the pool (the other options were to walk through the sunroom bedroom then come in the pool area through a tall gate or to go out the front door of the house and then walk all around the house to the adult-sized gate) -gas for the grill is not furnished -rooms have either curtains or blinds, not both, and it can get really bright in the bedrooms -almost all of the poolside chairs were broken and unable to support the weight of an adult.
