☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
3 cozy bedrooms throughout the home - all upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, access to a private balcony, & its own private ensuite bathroom. Down the hall are the other two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with four twin beds (bunk beds). These last two bedrooms share a full bathroom on this floor (plus a half bath right down the stairs).

The living area downstairs has direct access to a half bathroom. Upstairs, the master ensuite has one sink, toilet, and a walk-in shower (no bathtub). Right down the hall, the other full bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The modern kitchen opens up to the rest of the living space, with bar seating at the far end of the island. Right across from the kitchen is the dining area, with a full dining table that can accommodate up to 6.

You'll want to spend all of your time spent in this home relaxing in the living area! A huge sectional couch sits below a smart TV, where you can sit back with your family and friends and enjoy a movie or game night! Here, you will also have direct access to the backyard (another key highlight of the home!)

House was very clean. Outdoor area was very nice with grill and firepit. Plenty of room for dog to play. Bedrooms were all upstairs which would make it difficult for older adults or health challenged individuals. Restaurants and the beach were all very close. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this unit.

My parents, friends & I enjoyed our stay here 100%! it was so clean and the vibes were just absolutely amazing and very welcoming. The house looks exactly as pictures and it met all of my expectations!

Property was not at the location represented by VRBO on the VRBO website - it was 15 miles away!

This property was NOT located in the general area indicated on the VRBO website. The property was located 15 miles away in the middle of Panama City, this drive, due to the congested tourist traffic, was a 35-60 minute drive from the area where the VRBO was misrepresented to be. We had 2 other houses rented in Laguna beach to gather our large family from 4 states; therefore the location of this house was unacceptable, I NEVER would have booked it at this location! Family members staying here had to drive 1.5-2hrs each day to be together! I contacted the host and explained the situation as soon as I was routed to Hilltop Avenue in Laguna beach and discovered that there was no house there by that address. Two different maps on the VRBO website, including the map on the link I was sent by VRBO to check into the property, indicated the house was 1.5 miles from the Laguna beach area and that “Carillon Beach was an 8 min drive” it was in fact a 36 min drive without traffic! The address the host gave me upon check in was the correct address, but it did not match the address from the Google map that I was also sent. This led me to believe the Google map was the correct address. I am very disappointed with VRBO for not upholding their end of the contract as the physical location of the house was misrepresented (but has since been corrected on the listing). VRBO refused to assist me in any way though it was obviously their mistake. I will NOT be booking with VRBO in the future.

Nice stay!

This property was great for a weekend getaway. Very clean and comfortable beds. Super close to the beach. Only tip I could give would be to give the option to have the propane tanks filled for a fee before arrival.
