Pros: The home I beautifully decorated with many thoughtful details. We felt like we were at home as opposed to being in a rental. Every friend that stopped by commented on how beautiful the house is! The beds and couch are SO comfortable. The living room and couch are larger than they look in photos! We really enjoyed the rocking chairs on the back porch for morning coffee and evening wine. My kids really enjoyed the small bunk room! We would 1000% stay here again. The neutral: if you like a dark room, bring a sleep mask. Light pours into the master. Don’t count on the upstairs balcony or the courtyard sitting area. The furniture isn’t comfortable and is dirty. The courtyard ground also stays wet. None of this was a big deal, but worth noting. There are NO beach towels, chairs, etc which I found odd for a beach rental (but it’s disclosed in listing). The con: cleanliness. We had such a great stay that this did not impact us much but there are some things that folks paying a premium for a Rosemary stay may find frustrating. When we first arrived there were crumbs all over the stove and hair clustered in the bathrooms. The host offered to come clean but we had already wiped things up so we declined. We also didn’t care much because we were so grateful for the early checkin. However throughout the week we noticed more.issues - food stuck on silverware, throw blankets that smelled and clearly weren’t washed, crumbs in couch and chairs, and a very moldy washing machine.
