Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood just minutes from the coast, this elegant retreat features three bedrooms, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a large island and seating for four, and modern amenities like smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy FREE activities including books, puzzles, games, and a bonus room with a foosball table. With four private, covered patios offering cozy spots for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or quiet reading, this home blends comfort, convenience, and coastal charm in one unforgettable stay.

✔ Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a spacious closet, a wall-mounted TV, and brand-new furnishings. The primary bedroom has a King bed, and bedrooms two and three each offer a queen-sized bed.

✔ Bathrooms: The primary bathroom features double vanities and a large walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a single vanity. There is a half bath located on the first floor.

✔ Living Room: Two cozy queen sleeper sofas, large screen TV, open layout, and patio access.

✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped to ensure you’re able to prepare all your favorite meals, a dishwasher to make clean-up a breeze, a walk-in pantry, a coffee maker for your morning brew, and a 6-person dining table to bring everyone together, as well as bar seating for 4.

✔ Bonus Space: The upstairs open loft is the perfect spot for the kids to hang out! Offering seating, a pull-out sofa, and a foosball table!

$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!



Activities and Attractions: PCB Wheel Ride, Rainforest Black Light Mini Golf, Dave & Buster’s, WonderWorks, Bay Point Golf and Tennis Club, Just Jump Trampoline Park, and Island Time Sailing: Dolphin Watch Sailing Cruise



*Free activities do not apply to monthly reservations. Guests staying 27 nights or fewer are eligible to participate in activities. Stays of 28 nights or longer would not be eligible.

✔ Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Additionally, noise must be kept at a level that will not constitute a nuisance to the neighbors. Loud and excessive noise will not be allowed at any time.

For a Christmas reunion with two other couples this home was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped with all our cooking needs and the living room had enough room for all to set and watch TV. I would highly recommend this house!
