Denna otroliga semesteruthyrning, vars namn översätts till "sjöjungfru havet" är en spektakulär semesterbostad i Seacrest Beach, en orörd utväg vid Scenic Highway 30A i Walton County, FL - listad som en av de "bästa destinationerna 2019" av National Geographic Traveller.

Med boende för tio, enkel åtkomst till resortens lagunpool med 12 000 kvadratmeter, säsongsbetonad spårvagnsservice till stranden och en otrolig mängd lyxiga inomhus- / utomhusutrymmen, är Siréne Seaclusion perfekt för en familjesemester eller vänner.

Inredningen är exakt vad du hoppas på en kustfastighet - varma toner och naturliga strukturer ger heminredningen en välkomnande atmosfär. Det öppna konceptet vardagsrum, matsal och kök är grupperade på baksidan av hemmet med utsökt integritet mitt i paradiset. Hemmet är tankeväckande designat med två master sviter - en utanför entréplanet på bottenvåningen och den andra på andra våningen. Båda sovrummen har plyschkungar, klädkammare och eget badrum. De återstående två sovrummen på andra våningen har en queen size-säng respektive två uppsättningar med två våningssängar, som delar ett stort badrum utrustat med dusch / badkarkombination och dubbla fåfängar. För kvällsunderhållning har hemmet smarta tv-apparater i alla sovrum och vardagsrum, gratis WiFi i hela, och för bekvämlighet finns det ett tvättstuga och ett halvt badrum på bottenvåningen.

Njut av långa dagar avkopplande vid viken och spela dina favorit vattensporter. När du återvänder från stranden ska du skölja bort vid hemmets utomhusdusch och samlas runt det utomhusbordsbordet på den avskärmade bakre verandan för måltider medan du njuter av vikbrisen. Gästerna kommer också att njuta av trädgårdens inbyggda grillplats omgiven av naturlig vegetation och sittplatser utomhus.

En semester på Scenic Highway 30A innebär fantastiska solnedgångar, avslappnade stränder, otrolig gångbarhet och en överraskande mängd shopping och restauranger. Du hittar flera små butiker, matställen, kaféer och snacksbutiker i närheten. Den prisbelönta gemenskapen Seaside, bara en 7-mils körning upp längs kusten, har en mängd matalternativ från matbilar till femstjärniga restauranger. Allt du behöver göra är att koppla av och omsluta dig i 30As vilsamma atmosfär.

OBS: Nya hembygningar har påbörjats i mars 2019 på det intilliggande partiet. Konstruktionsbesättningar måste följa Seacrest Beach HOA-riktlinjer och kan inte arbeta på söndagar.

Love the area!

This house was in a great location with a tram stop right in front of the house to take you to the pool or beach. We do wish they offered more than one toilet paper roll per bathroom, especially if you have a group of 10 so make sure you grab extra paper towels/toilet paper if you’re planning to stay here. But overall, it was the perfect size for me and my friends and very clean! We would come back :)

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful stay at Seaclusion, with our family of 5 - mom/dad/son two friends. The home is perfectly designed for adults and kids, with an upstairs master suite and adjacent bedrooms for an entire family, plus wonderfully designed master suit downstairs. Expansive outdoor space complete with grilling area, perfect for preparing meals on site. The kitchen is adequately equipped for those wishing to eat in. We took full advantage of the complimentary bikes and hardly drove our vehicle once we arrived for the week. Proximity to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and even Seaside makes this a perfect location for a getaway to 30-A.

Lovely property, great location!

This was our first visit to Seacrest Beach, although we've been coming to this area for years. The house was spotless and well laid-out. 4 BR and 3.5 baths, a large back porch w/TV, lots of seating, and a lower deck w/grilling area, lounges, and outdoor table & chairs. We loved the ceiling fans in every room, and that each BR had an adjacent bathroom. The home was in a quiet section, with a tram stop and the pool both close. It was a few blocks to the shops & restaurants, but an easy walk with no traffic-most everyone walked or rode bikes! We appreciated the starter coffee and condiments, and having lots of glasses & dinnerware. The beds and other furniture were comfy & attractive; very beach appropriate. This was a very nice home, and we highly recommend it.

Best Seacrest Beach Stay Ever!

We love staying at Seacrest Beach and have stayed multiple times. We love the private beach and the easy access with the tram service. All of that was the same as always. However, this was our favorite home we've stayed in! It was so clean, well decorated, well stocked and so inviting. It was so cozy feeling, yet had plenty of room for our group (my wife and I, our adult daughter, and my elderly parents). The 1st level master was perfect for my parents who don't want to deal with steps. The 2nd level was spacious with another master, a queen bedroom for my daughter, and one more bedroom with 4 bunk beds (which didn't get used in our situation, but nice to know you have plenty of room for small kids. The management team was very responsive (no issues with the house, but there was an internet outage in the area that we asked about with no wifi. They kept us updated throughout until it was restored.). The rest of the home was simply perfect. Spacious kitchen, dining, and living area! Great covered back porch and back patio with grilling area! The complimentary bikes were also a huge plus for our family! I would highly recommend this property to any family or group!

Great house, great location

We loved our stay at Seaclusion! The location is the perfect walking distance to the Seacrest Village and Rosemary Beach. We also loved the pool and beach access. The house had plenty of space but was great for hanging out and spending time with friends. Definitely recommend this house!

Great stay on 30A

We loved the house and easy location. 1st family vacation in 3 years. It was relaxing and perfect. House is located in the back of the neighborhood with tram stop right in front of house. Great patio. Kitchen adequately stocked. Cooked in 5 nights and it was awesome. Loved the bikes. The house was comfortable and clean. Thanks for a great week.

Lovely home and well maintained. Easy checkin process and had a wonderful week with great weather. if Seacrest Beach is busy and you have a car try Inlet Beach! Has chair rentals, life guard and restrooms. In summer May need to get there early due to parking - but this trip no issues with parking.

Seacrest never disappoints

We love Seacrest! This house was great for multi generational vacationing. Great location in the neighborhood. Everything we needed was in the house. The only complaint was the mattresses on the bunk beds - yikes they were thin! Even our 6 year old realized it! But don’t let it deter you from booking - it really has more than enough to suit all needs … maybe just bring an air mattress in case a spring pokes you too hard ;).

Family Christmas Getaway!

This was a great property in an awesome location! The space served our family well; we loved having the bikes to get around and we backed up to the walking trail. The property was well furnished and the decor was very well done. The community was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will definitely return to the area and to this house if we don't bring our dog next time. If it were pet-friendly, it would be our go-to property for sure!

We have stayed in Seacrest several times. This is not a bad option but we won't be staying here again for a couple of reasons. First the good things: great back porch woth a screen and TV watching area. Great location within walking distance of the pool. A very nice kitchen. Now the bad: 1. The bunk beds made us nervous with thr children. They were unstable. 2. On the downstairs master the door does NOT lock! 3. Cleanliness: the children's feet were covered in dirt within five minutes of walking on the floor.

Great House

This was an awesome home. Short walk to the pool and the tram stop for the beach was right out front, so we were able to sit on the patio for the short wait. The house was clean and in a quiet area of the community although there is construction on a house across the street, but they didn’t start work until at least 8am. Beds were comfortable and more than enough room for our family of 5. and Seacrest is clean and welcoming community. The pool was great for the kids and they have a snack and drink bar for lunch and cocktails throughout the day. The covered and screened patio was great for early morning coffee and evening drinks. Seacrest is in close proximity to all the food and entertainment options we were looking for. Would definitely recommend Seacrest and this house for anyone traveling to the area.

Great beach house and wonderful layout!

We were so exited when we drove up and saw the inviting front porch, the bikes and how cute the house was. We were equally thrilled when we stepped inside and saw how nice it was furnished and how roomy it felt. We plan to return next year at the same time and will look forward to staying here again.

This property was perfect for our Spring Break Trip. It was the perfect home for two families. It was really nice that the property included bikes as well. The tram service to the beach was extremely convenient. The drivers were always there within a few minutes of our call and there was a pickup location just one house down.

Huge, family friendly house

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 2 families, each with kids, so it was great having 2 master bedrooms. The house was much larger than we expected from the pictures, which was a nice bonus. The house is a quick and easy 2-3 minute walk to the large community pool and the tram pick up is just outside the front door. Peddler's Pavilion is only a 5-6 minute walk, which was great for food, drinks and entertainment. Also, we missed the tram pick up at the beach our first night and it's only a 8-10 minute walk back to the house. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here.

Exactly What We Needed!!

Exactly What We Needed!! Home was just as advertised and exactly what we were expecting. We were three families (6 adults) with a total of three kids under three and the home worked out perfect. Even though home was at the back of the neighborhood the pool was only a short walk and walking to the beach wasn’t an issue, even without using the neighborhood tram that stops essential at the house (Stop C3). Pros: screened in back porch, grill set up, home’s private location which backs up to a hide gravel trail, provided bikes (though they could use a tune-up), private parking, there were some beach toys/ beach wagon provided, and property manager. We needed property manager’s help with an issue (our own doing) and they responded and resolved the issue within 5-minutes. Cons: floor was a little dirty for our crawlers and too many light/fan switches that needed labeled. This was our third time to 30A and Seacrest, first at this home, and already planning next years trip!

Great place

This house was perfect for a big group. Loved amenities of seacrest! I will say, we were in need of beach towels (we flew and had limited space), but other than that great! The only things we would love to see for next time, would be beach towels and maybe some coffee for the keurig or coffee pot.
