• Dining Area: Seating for 6 between the living area and the kitchen. Perfect for family meals and gatherings.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, pantry, wine cooler, and a breakfast bar.

• Bathroom: Convenient bath near the kitchen area with a shower.



OUTDOOR SPACE

• Balcony: Enjoy meals or relaxation on the large 10'x16' composite deck with charcoal BBQ grill, high-top seating, and easy access to the beach walkway.

• Outdoor Shower: Clean off after a day at the beach with the front shower near the front entry.

• Golf Cart & Bike Friendly: Local golf cart and bike rentals are available for guests. Some 30A communities prohibit golf carts; ours does not. You can drive 30A in your rental cart, but you will be restricted from entering some neighborhoods.

• Online Welcome Guide: Area and home details to make your stay enjoyable. We can also help with private dining, fishing charters, and area activities.

• Accidental Damage Protection: $1,500 of protection is included in your booking for peace of mind.

-Parking: 2 reserved spots that can accommodate 4 vehicles back to back (depending on size).

-25 years of age minimum. We are unable to rent to college groups or minor guests. ID verification required.

-No parties or events. No smoking.

-Dogs: One small hypoallergenic dog allowed with a pet fee and agreement.

-Accessibility: Steep stairs to the 2nd floor. Also, stairs from the beach access gate to the beach.

-Safety & Cleaning: Noise sensors (no recording) and an outside camera near the front door. PMI Purify advanced cleaning protocols.

-Guest Screening: ID verification, signed Host rental agreement, online check-in, and background check.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

30A Oasis is located in a quiet, gated community between Alys Beach and Camp Creek Lake, offering a peaceful beach experience without the crowds. There is construction activity in the area for new homes being built. You’re a short drive from Alys Beach (2 miles) and Rosemary Beach (3 miles), with close attractions like The Big Chill and plenty of local dining options.

The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is gated to control access and limit non-residents/guests access to our beach. It is located less than 2 miles (5 min drive) from Alys Beach and less than 3 miles from the heart of Rosemary Beach. Just south of us is Camp Creek Lake and about 1 mile south is The Big Chill (fka The Hub), a buzzing hangout with food stands and regular entertainment.



We will share our local suggestions for dining and preferred vendors for golf carts, bikes, kayaks, beach service, offshore or bay fishing, transportation, baby and/or beach gear. Many of our vendors and relationships offer our guest great discounts!



Other Things to Note:

25-year age minimum. Dates are reserved immediately and confirmed quickly after Host conducts guest screening with a 3rd party. One hypoallergenic dog allowed up to 25 lbs; pet fee and host pet addendum required. Accidental damage protection is included in your booking. Prior to arrival guests will complete Host's pre-check-in and digitally sign Host's rental agreement. Rental agreement signing required. Contact the host for questions.
