Situated in a private beach neighborhood, overlooking the quiet pond, this vacation rental is best suited for up to 8 travelers (plus a furry friend) looking for a place to rest their head after a long day of swimming at the beach and exploring the local area of West Panama City Beach. Waterfront Secret (2) is located one block from the beach on a serene lake front. The ground floor living space features an open living, kitchen and dining area, along with 2 queen pullout couches and a twin bed tucked inside the entertainment area. There is also a full laundry room and bathroom. Upstairs is a king bedroom which shared a full sized hallway bathroom. Across the hall is the king apartment studio, equipped with a full kitchenette, and walkout balcony overlooking the pond. From the balcony you can catch a glimpse of the Emerald Coast as well. SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF FOR WATERFRONT SECRET (1). Maximum occupancy of this home is 8 guests. Designated parking is assigned for 3 vehicles. There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property. Waterfront Secret is dog friendly / Up to 50lbs. / Pet fee and pre authorization required, Pet fee $225 per pet. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent. Under 25 must post a $500 refundable damage deposit that will be returned if unit is left in good condition and no damage. Guest must sign rental agreement within 72 hours of booking and provide photo id regardless of booking platform. NOTE: This is an older property, it is kept in clean condition, and the location is fantastic.
