Fully renovated Located on 30A Seacrest, FL. A beach house by all its meaning. 1 floor duplex house. Private Beach access across the street. Minutes to other public beaches. 1/2 a mile from Aly’s & Rosemary beach to E. and about 4 miles from seaside to W. "Stay By the Sea" is the perfect place to spend your next family vacation. Sleeps 11. Features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths full kitchen. Pet Friendly with Huge shared side & backyard, beach towels, beach chairs, bikes kayak toys. Pet friendly. NO CATS

Fully furnished house with all amenities of a family needs. 4 bicycles, kayak Or paddle board and plenty of beach toys are included to enjoy. Very much family oriented area and neighborhood. Pet fees apply for families bringing their best friend.
Dogs only 50lbs max with USD 75 non-refundable fee per stay. No cats no exception!

***NOTE: Use of the owners Bikes are included with your stay. However, should any item become lost or should a bike become unavailable due to loss, flat tire or similar there will be no refund as the use provided is at the courtesy of the owner.***
It’s the guest responsibility to repair and replace any damages caused during the stay. Guest must report immediately if any damages occur...

About the area:
30A haunts along the beautiful white beaches of The Panhandle, features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Seacrest is located ion HWY 30A between Seaside and Alys Beach. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center,
"The Hub30A”, this community town center 2 miles away includes restaurants, shops, and an amphitheater with covered event pavilion, cinema screen for movies and a stage for concerts & events. Watch a game on the big screen or enjoy a family "screen on the green". There is entertainment most nights during season. Several epicurean delights await such as terrific bbq, tacos, Pizza, spirits, ice cream along with unique one of a kind eateries to explore during your stay. Also, amazing boutique furnishings & decor shops which will certainly be a place to check out during your stay!

The location of this house is perfectly placed right in the middle of Seaside & Seagrove Beach on the west and Alys & Rosemary beaches on the east. Seacrest town center offers great restaurants for all tastes and ages.

Little piece of heaven

My family of 7, ranging from 1 1/2 yrs to 47 yrs had a wonderful time staying here. It was clean and cozy. It was a very short walk to the beach making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. Seacrest/Rosemary Beach is absolutely beautiful!!! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation house

Well,this is the second time we stay at this property and what I love about this house is: 5 minutes walking distance from the beach, private beach, we can bring out dogs in vacation to stay with us, the house clean, also it have a patio with barbecue that is a plus, and very well located. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nick to host us one more time at your beautiful beach rental house.

Perfect all around!

I came with my husband, 17yo daughter and five of her friends. We all loved it! Steps away from the beach and a short bike ride to the Hub, Alys, and Rosemary. The house was stocked with kitchen supplies and beach gear. The girls ate every meal on the covered patio, the A/C was amazing, and any question I had was promptly answered. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to get it again the next time we come.

Needs updates

The manager was very responsive and let us check in early/store our luggage in garage post-checkout for a few hours. With that said, we had a lot of issues. The place hadn’t been properly cleaned upon arrival—dingy, old rugs full of hair/dust bunnies, half eaten candy on floor, soiled bath mats. (They did had the cleaning service return to quickly vacuum and change mats but it still wasn’t clean like rentals typically are.) The outdoor rug is dry rotted. There was a broken window that let in rain. (They did had a repair man come and patch it up a couple days later.) The listing showed beach supplies that were broken or not there (broken wagon/beach chairs, bikes with flat tires, no kayak). The air conditioner broke for a day and it was hot (until a repair man could come). They asked if we would let a couple into the garage to pick up a fridge. (We went back to let them in; they stayed 30 minutes looking at it but didn’t even take it.) So, while the owner was responsive, I can’t say I’ve ever stayed in a rental than required a fraction of the communication. It wasn’t relaxing to be texting the owner/coordinating repairs every day and having to go back to the house to let people in. The place isn’t rental-ready.

Great location

We stayed for 3 nights and it was as advertised. One of many things we liked about the beach house was the ranch style layout. From the kitchen to the common area was open. The walk to the private beach was short and close by! The house was clean and basic cookware was provided. The AC worked great but maybe too great especially in the master bedroom (even though we closed the vent it got pretty chilly whereas other rooms were okay.) The only thing I would was warey of is the house right next the main road and it is not gated so if you're bring your furkids I would be cautious and always have them leashed. Otherwise it was a great stay. Will come back again if we decide to stay again in the 30A area.
