wonderful stay

we had a wonderful time at the carriage house! it was quiet and very family friendly. there are 4 different parks in the neighborhood which i appreciate with my kids being 5 & 3. there were a lot of other kids out riding bikes, throwing a football in the street etc. being able to ride the tram to the beach was soooo nice. the pool area was gorgeous and has a pool that’s no deeper than 3ft which makes it very kid friendly. there were so many good restaurants as well and live music in several different locations. the house was perfect! the only thing that was a little inconvenient was that i could not find a broom anywhere. i swept the floor with a paper towel several times because i have a messy toddler! other than that the house and the area were 10/10. we hope to come back again soon.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE :(

When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children

Wanted to stay longer

We were here 2 nights and wished we stayed longer. Property is private and perfect size for the 2 of us. Easy access to everything. Had more than we expected regarding amenities. A couple items (lamps) shows wear but everything was functional. I would stay here again.

Great location!

This is a great get away for a family on the go! Location and amenities are great. Pull out sofa is in need of a new mattress and beach towels were not provided as listing stated. Great affordable option for the area. Loved not having to book for a full week!!

Cute little place. Everything within walking distance. The only thing was there was nowhere to hang a towel, shower or beach. Needs a new and improved coffee maker.

Very cool! Unique place!

Great little place for the 2 of us, a kerig style coffee maker would be nice, could use a TV upgrade, but there is plenty to do. We will probably come back! Overall great weekend!

Needs work

We were a little disappointed, the first night a smoke alarm beeped all night, the second night the bedroom and bath breaker tripped and could not find the breaker, the 4th night the living room kitchen breaker tripped when we turned on the light, luck by then I knew where the panel was behind the mirror in the bedroom. No place to hang clothes or towels in the bathroom, kitchen utensils were not well stocked(no spatula, 2 table knifes ect.). The place looked nice but needed some maintenance. The management company was good and took care of everything

Nice location, beautiful area!

The location is perfect the area is just beautiful! The only knocks for us would be bare minimum cooking items. We had to buy a wine opener, pizza cutter and a few other items we thought would be staples. Also there was a couple windy nights where we struggled sleeping due to the noise of shrubs/bushes scratching back and forth on the tin roof. Sounded like fingernails on a chalkboard and likely needed to be trimmed...otherwise great stay!

Spring break

This property is more suited for a three night stay and no children. There is no washer and dryer. It’s very small. Broom but no dust pan. Not exactly the cleanest.

Perfect Getaway

This was perfect for me & my husband for a weekend getaway. La Casita was just what we needed, perfect size and quiet. We loved the Seacrest neighborhood - the pool was amazing & the beach access was a short walk away. We would definitely book this place again!

Perfect stay!

Darling carriage house right in the heart of it all! My son and I stayed here and it was perfect. Super clean, exactly as it shows online. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was great- perfectly stocked for what we needed. Wifi was terrific. Easy check in and out- only wish we could stay longer!

Location Location Location

This adorable little cottage is situated behind a larger rental property. It is very close to town and all the attractions. The pool area is just as pictured and felt like a resort! The beach access was fairly simple and there is a tram to get you there. The public beach area is super small, most all of the beach is privatized with security. You are right on top of everyone else at the beach but it’s perfect for spending time in the water. Our places was not cleanest when we arrived, the sheets we’re dirty and we had to contact management to get clean ones (they came the next day and replaced them). The listing says there are beach towels but “they ran out”. We really loved this area and would stay in the same community again just for the location!

Home away from home

Had an amazing stay on this property. Was able to come and go freely because the location is perfect for what we were looking for. getting in contact with the property manager was super easy and they were always very helpful. The house itself was very clean and well put together. Bed was very comfortable and they also had a pull out couch that was very comfortable and able to accommodate two more people. The only downside it that there is no washer or dryer, but that was not a problem for us because our stay was just 3 days. I had a great time and will most likely be renting from them again.

it was just fine for two people for a couple of days. There is no washing machine, nor is there a chest in the master bedroom or a place to put your suitcase. Also, there is a small area to sit outside, but it did not feel very private. There is tram service to the beach from April to October, but if not available the walk is pretty, but about 1/4 mile. It is super close to the very popular bike path. The community pool is simply fabulous.

Excellent experience

Stayed for a long weekend, and loved this place. Good proximity to the beach, pool, and downtown rosemary. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I come to this area frequently and this place gave me as good of an experience as any other time. The only complaint I have is that the bed was not the most comfortable, but that’s something I tend to expect in any rental. It’s a great place overall I would recommend!

Quaint and cozy...but very uncomfortable mattress

This was a nice place to stay. I wish there had been a washer/dryer, but that was my mistake for not noticing that was not listed on the amenities list. We ended up leaving a day early bc the mattress was SO uncomfortable; that is, unless you prefer a very firm mattress. We rolled around all night every night and finally said “forget it” the day before we were scheduled to leave. We just couldn’t handle another night of no sleep.
