When we arrived at the property it was 89 degrees in the house. The owner told me that was because no one has been there in 3 days. I felt like if you knew someone was coming to stay there you should have at least went to the property the day before to turn the AC on and if he would have done that he would have known that the AC wasn’t working properly. Me and my family kids included burned up that entire Friday and half the day Saturday and we checked out Sunday. Yes he responded to me, yes he sent someone out to look a the AC twice but when you are on vacation who wants to be texting and calling the owner all the time bc the AC wasn’t working. As hot as it was in PCB this past weekend it felt better outside. This inconvenient me and family so bad we couldn’t even enjoy our stay. I go to PCB around the same time every year and I know which property I would not like at for next year. Who wants to be hot their entire stay?

The good side of the beach

This is a great location away from the crowds with a short walk to the beach. Lower density condos are on the beach side with most of them having only two stories makes for a much better view then the high rise towers to the east. The owners seemed to think of everything as the home was well stocked including a few toys for the beach and pool located in the garage which also had a cool seating area set up for an additional hang out. It was cool opening the garage door and having a chill spot in the shade. We live 80 miles North of Panama City Beach and have the luxury of visiting the area several times a year. With that said, this was one of our favorite trips because of the value and the privacy. The host was easy to communicate with and sent me all the information I needed for check in and the duration of my stay on the morning of arrival. Even tho it was only around 1500 square feet, the floor plan feels large and plenty of room for moving around. We will return to this VRBO property.

We would not stay here again

We have rented many vacation rentals and this is the first time I need to write a negative review. We had several issues with this property. First of all, the host forgot to send the code to get into our rental and was very hard to get a hold of. The rental is nice, but not super clean. There were cobwebs in a lot of the corners and the floor was sandy. The pool was dirty and there were random things left out in the house and the yard. We ran out of supplies like toilet paper and dish soap. During our stay, workers showed up to work in the backyard. They were noisy and were there for several hours. This was very disruptive to our vacation. I sent an email to the owner about these issues but never heard back. I would not stay here again.

Great stay!

My family stay at Palms Three was great!! The house was very clean and comfortable for my family. The pool was amazing, clean and relaxing after a long day at the beach. I will definitely be returning.

We loved it!!!!

We absolutely loved the house! Very clean and everyone loved having a private pool. Just a short walk to the beach, which we didn’t mind. The house owner was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would definitely stay again!!

Beach Vacation

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was very clean and cozy with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach but also close to essential shopping. There was a wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys provided to take to the beach with us. The manager was very quick to answer with any issues. There was not a guest book to sign and a notebook with house information would be good (all information was provided via e-mail though)I would highly recommend this property to someone looking for a beach vacation.

The home is beautiful and clean. Just like the pictures. We loved the proximity to shopping. Mrudul was very accommodating and walked us through every step. He answered questions promptly and courteously. We loved it and will book again!
