“We absolutely loved this place. Our host, Kimmi, was on site and had our unit sparkling for our arrival. It was perfect for the two of us and we were able to walk to dinner, grocery and gas. In the evening, we watched the deer (7!) walk through the back yard. It is a great location for visiting Bryce Canyon.Kimmi is a lovely woman who is a great ambassador to the property and is a great resource regarding the surrounding trails, hikes, things to do and places to get a good meal. “Walking distance to Giant Steps and you can ski directly to door when done. First floor which is great too. ”

“Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. ”

“We loved The Walnut Room. It’s was clean, cozy and the most comfortable bed! Kimmi was so welcoming & gave us great recommendations. It’s a quick drive to Bryce Canyon where we had a fabulous day & returned to a hot shower & sat out in the yard & watched the hummingbirds. Loved the larger mini-fridge where we could freeze ice packs & bring lunch into the park. Thanks for the snacks Kimmi. She’s added every detail you could want for. ”

“Fantastic location. Unbelievable night sky. Well stocked kitchen. The ranch animals were an added bonus. The floor however could have been kept cleaner.The next cabin tenant parked right in front of our unit, and totally blocked our window. Assigned parking can keep some such people in front of their own units.But overall, great stay.”
