“Our reservation was cancelled a short time before check-in the day of arrival. The VRBO company told us our refund would take 15 days and we needed the money for a new place. The did make it right and get us a refund the same day so we were able to find another place to stay at the last minute. We were a long way from home.We were told the place had a bed bug infestation, which amazes me that they did not know that until the day we were due to arrive. I hope they got the home taken care of...
