“A beautiful stay in Guayacan. Staff very helpful. Grace was our favourite, she spent time teaching our children Spanish and made us feel very welcome every time. We had an issue with the water but this wouldn't put us off staying here again. A unique experience that we really loved. Food was delicious, go half board if you can. The rooms need an extra air con unit on the bunkbeds side, but if you have the unit on all day and shut the curtains it's fine. Don't be put off by the drive up to the...

“There was a mixup with our reservation through Expedia. After traveling for 14 hours the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. The young lady worked to try and straighten out our reservation calling Expedia but had no luck. We were able to book a room and got some rest. The breakfast was very tasty and filling. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re flying in or out of LIR. You won’t be disappointed.”

“The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. Unfortunately the facilities are not, as described in the ad, nor in the customer comments, the rooms are from a lower quality hotel, the same as the pools, if it were not for the staff who work there they would have closed a long time ago.”
