“Sent us to a room that was not cleaned, dirty towels, unclean sheets, and unmade bed. Pictures of hot tub and pool are not what they currently look like. Now look run down. Internet connection and TV channel selection was poor; TV volume is controlled and would not go high enough to hear the speakers over the air conditioning. Air conditioning smelled musty and unkempt. “We had an amazing stay at Hidden Haven with 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog! You can’t beat the location: we got to wake up to Lake Superior views, hear the waves crashing overnight, and could walk a few minutes up the road and be on the North Country Trail for trail runs and hiking. Everything was super clean and comfy and we had everything we needed to have a great few days. Looking forward to a repeat visit in the future!”
