“The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

“The property was in excellent condition. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was perfect for a family of 5 and included a kitchen and 3 full bathrooms. “The second day the electricity was out the entire day. From 11:30 until 1 or 2 in the morning. We had to insist on showering in another room and they acted inconvenienced. The third day there was no hot water the entire day or night. They knew this would happen but didn’t advise us. We had to insist on moving again, and they acted inconvenienced. I would absolutely not stay here again - not worth the high expense. A hassle. ”

"Ett fint och rent hotell med härliga pooler. Personalen var överlag trevlig, det finns viss förbättringspotential i bemötande för vissa. Samtidigt var Dario och Anthony i poolbaren, Iris i restaurangen och samtliga inom städet helt fantastiska. Maten är väldigt god och fräsch, det kändes som att bufférestaurangen var så bra att de andra restaurangerna kändes överflödiga. Vi bodde på översta våningen, penthouse, vilket var bra förutom mycket begränsad tillgång till hissen. Det finns totalt tre hissar, varav bara en hiss går till översta våningen. Den hissen är dock ofta upptagen av andra gäster på andra våningar. Ett tips vore att avsätta den hissen för gästerna på översta våningen för att inte väntetiderna ska bli orimliga. När det gäller RIU-appen: Så otroligt frustrerande att få förfrågan om recension flera gånger per dag. Men, förutom det så var det ett väldigt rent och fräscht hotell och jag kan rekommendera det för en skön semester med bra mat och dryck. "
