“This house has everything you need to enjoy your stay! We absolutely loved the swimming pool and spent most of our time enjoying it. No matter the time of day you can find either sun or shade around the pool and it has many depths and seating areas/steps inside the pool that the kids enjoyed. We had a few questions that the property owners answered immediately. We will be booking again and I highly recommend the house for your Chico stay!”

“Good location and we enjoyed our daily morning walks around the neighborhood. Our favorite aspect of our stay was lounging in the backyard looking at the glorious redwood trees while listening to the waterfall! (And fun frogs croaking at night) The views from the comfortable upstairs suite were a bonus!”

“It was a beautiful outdoor property but the roof leaked downstairs from the jet tub so wasn't the first time because of the rusty water that was leaking they said they had a family crib but didn't out that it had to be requested and told us we won't get one i would be cautious of them ”

“Cute little place right off lower Bidwell park. It was right off highway 99 but it was not loud or obnoxious and surprisingly quite 95% of the time. I appreciated the small turffed shaded areas for the dogs, especially since I didn't want to walk them on the 100 degree days on the cement. It has an amazing location and is the perfect place for a single gal with 2 dogs to take refuge from the chaos of graduation weekend. “Quiet country stay conveniently located near Oroville and Chico. Huge lawn surrounded by many different fruit trees available for the picking in season. Informative, friendly, and knowledgeable owners who live on site. One of our very favorite vacation stays. ”

“Everything was perfect for us we hosted a barbecue for our relatives who live in Chico and a couple of our relatives from south California. ”

“Was a wonderful home for stay in Chico for family wedding. Stephanie was very responsive, very friendly. Home was equipped with everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay again!”
