The rep said that it hadn't been working since February and didn't know why it hadn't been fixed. She said something about it would cost 5,000 and the owner hadn't fixed it. It would have been nice to know that since we came from hot Houston and was looking forward to having a fire in the fireplace. Especially the day that it snowed. Primary...
