Pernera Beach Premier Villa

  • Pernera Beach Premier Villa is a brand new, modern and spacious villa in small, gated development just 2 minutes' walk to the Blue Flag Kalamies Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus.



    The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and the family shower room. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, en-suite shower and a large balcony overlooking the nearby tennis courts and partial sea-views. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed each.



    Pernera Beach Premier Villa offers a large, tiled, overflow pool and a comfortable outside patio area fully equipped with a comfortable rattan sofa set, outside dining table, excellent BBQ set and elegant lighting for the night.



    The whole house is furnished luxuriously with a modern feel and care to include all modern amenities including a comfortable sofa set, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.



    Pernera Beach Premier Villa is located in one of the best areas of Protaras Region, just 2 minutes' walk to the picturesque Kalamies Beach. Within a 500-metre radius, you will find a doctor, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water sports, organised beaches and much more.



    The nearest beach is Kalamies, a white sand beach with crystal clear blue waters next to the picturesque fishing harbor of Golden Coast. Central Protaras Strip and Fig Tree Bay is just 3 minutes’ drive away. Protaras-Pernera offer many beautiful beaches as well as a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife.



    This property is ideally suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind and for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Villa was very clean and tidy And salacious and in a great location and very quiet area at night I would book again definitely With uk sockets toaster and coffee machine need adaptor plugs on them as they don’t fit.and could be dangerous A Coolbox in the villa would be useful to take to the beach .

Relaxing time at Pernera Beach Villa

Very clean villa with everything you could possibly need. Excellent service from Rent Villa Cyprus and highly recommend them.. We wanted somewhere quiet away from Protaras but still has restaurants and beaches nearby and this villa was perfect. The tiles are lovely but a few rugs would help absorb any internal noise.

We have just spent 2 weeks in this villa and have loved every moment and did not want to leave. If we had any questions or issues these were dealt with quickly via contact on a WhatsApp Message. The villa was huge, and surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be booking again next year here. Thanks again!!! Nothing!!!

Nice villa in a great location

The location of the villa was brilliant, very central to all amenities, beaches and restaurants. Very specious both inside and outside. Bathroom/shower storage. Nowhere at all to put anything or hang anything. Better and more kitchen equipment. Eg requires small plates, at least 1 small saucepan). More storage or shelves/cupboard in the 3rd bedroom. Needs a full length mirror. Outside areas need to be cleaned regularly particularly the balcony. Mid-stay clean was just bed change and bathrooms cleaned, but he whole villa should get a clean or even to mop the floors. Correct plugs on the kitchen equipment ( eg the microwave had a 2 pin plug but the villa has 3 pin plugs) Dishwasher needs to have a new lower basket. It was really rusty and ugly. Kitchen had good storage but only accessible if you're a tall person. Outdoor furniture needs upgrading.

Cyprus dreams

This was our second time booking direct with Rent Villa Cyprus in this villa. Booking is very easy with them. As before we were impressed right from the start. The villa is beautiful. New loungers around the pool this year which were really comfy and really elevate the look of the pool area. Constant contact via WhatsApp and if there were any issues the response was immediate and sorted out within the hour each time. The staff work so hard!!! The location is great, only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Pernera, bus routes and 10 minutes to the beach. The villa is in a cul-de-sac where there are permanent residents, who are lovely. The neighbour, Jason, grows mangos and brought some round for us, Due to illness we spent more time in the villa this year - we had everything we needed, with the TV too. We easily had food delivered via WOLT which is a great app to use for groceries and takeaway food. Pernera Beach Villa is amazing, well priced and has been perfect for our time in Cyprus. Thanks!!!! I would really have to dig deep to find something to even remotely complain about. Maybe the dishwasher could do with replacing, as it didn't wash very well, but we were happy to wash up so it really didn't cause a problem to the holday.

Everything so clean and modern. Peaceful area and lovely hosts. Everything was just perfect
