âGreat location and spacious room. Rooftop terrace was nice added bonus. Loved the contactless check-in. Parking was initially challenging to locate but fine once we asked for help. Room got a lot of street noise at night despite being on the 6th floor and in a quieter section of old town. Overall, great stay. I would book here again.â
âClean but small room. Very noisy from the street outside. Breakfast delivered as a small basket to the room with no personalisation which doesnt fir my preference. Gym access available but a few blocks away.â
âReception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they donât let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...
