You will be a fifteen minutes walk away from the Louvre Museum, and close to the best restaurants, cafes and attractions that Paris can offer .

The tourist tax is applicable

ATTENTION: Parties are strictly prohibited there and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without compensation and on the spot, and collection of the deposit automatically. No noise tolerated.
A credit card deposit in the amount of 750 to 1000 € will be requested at the agency on the day of your arrival, and will be given directly to the owner for the duration of your stay.
48 hours after your departure, it will be charged, or not, by the owner, in the event of holidays, or general non-compliance with the regulations.
