Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20⏠will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of âŹ150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Please note that the minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years old. Individuals under 21 years old will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay in the property and no refund request will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
