The apartment features a convertible sofa bed for 2 with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with bath tub and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a sitting area with a convertible armchair for 1 person, TV and WIFI access.

RER B Train: Take the RER B train towards Saint-RĂ©my-lĂšs-Chevreuse.
Transfer: Get off at Denfert-Rochereau and transfer to Metro Line 6.
Metro Line 6: Head towards Charles de Gaulle Ătoile and disembark at Cambronne. Our property is a short walk from there.
Orly Airport:
Orlyval Train: Board the Orlyval train to Antony.
RER B Train: Transfer to the RER B train towards AĂ©roport Charles de Gaulle.
Transfer: Get off at Denfert-Rochereau and switch to Metro Line 6.
Metro Line 6: Take the line towards Charles de Gaulle Ătoile and get off at Cambronne.

Check-In: From 2:00 pm onwards.
Early Check-Ins/Late Check-Outs: Subject to availability and confirmation 24 hours prior, with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
Deposit: A âŹ150 deposit is required for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Refunds are processed from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: âŹ90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: âŹ450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Noise: Respect the neighbors' peace and quiet; loud noises may result in deposit deductions.
Construction: Be aware of potential construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
