The apartment, located in a very quiet courtyard, consists of:



- A living room with a nice sofa bed and a large TV to relax after a big day visiting Paris!



- A kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven ... Tea, coffee and sugar will be at your disposal.

A table and chairs will allow you to be comfortably installed to take your meals.



- A bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and storage space.

We provide quality linen, 100% cotton as well as towels, soap and shampoo in the bathroom.



- A bathroom accessible from the bedroom which has a shower, a sink and toilet.

Works have been done following some water damages. The flat is now up to standard and ready to welcome guests for a nice stay.



Just a quick note: in line with French regulations, we kindly ask all guests (except French nationals) to provide valid IDs or passports before check-in for registration with the local authorities — it’s a simple step to ensure a smooth arrival!
