The Space:

Lovely apartment for 2 persons with a big balcony, surrounding the flat.

The apartment is 25 square meters + balcony.

The apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator straight inside the apartment.



In the living room you will find the sofa bed, and an access to the balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed and direct access to the balcony.

The apartment has also a big terrace on the last floor, ideal to take a drink and share a moment with friends and family!

Pets are not allowed.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole studio, which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television.



The Neighborhood:

In the heart of Paris next to the Saint Lazare train station which permits an easy access all around Paris thanks to the numerous metro line.

Perfect for shopping addicts, thanks to the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Haussmann which are five minutes away from the apartment. Not far from here, the Louvre museum, the Opéra Garnier, and the Vendôme Place.

A passport or ID is required upon arrival.



It is located on the 6th floor with elevator goes up to 2nd floor only.
