If you can choose another hotel, do so!
Extremely overpriced at this hotel! We were on a business trip 5 people for six days, did not get cleaned one of the days and no refill of shampoo, skin cream either of the days and dusty under the beds... Disaster breakfast at a crazy overprice of 30 euros.. The staff at the reception did not say good morning or good evening either..

Familjeweekend
Vi bodde i en 2 rums lägenhet som även hade en köksdel. Perfekt för egen frukost på rummet istället för den överprisade frukostbuffen. Bra läge och lätt att ta sig. ett väldigt bra gym får ett extra plus.

Perfekt läge
Det var ett fint hotell. Men för att vara 5 stjärnigt var jag lite besviken. Rummet var rätt litet men överlag så var det fint.

En familje resa till Paris. Vi sov i en Royal svit, helt perfekt vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell. Barn vänlig och bra personal.

Tidig vår 2015
3 nätter i slutet av mars 2015.Delade en superior-rom m min dotter. Lugnt och tyst mot gården. Fick inte 2 sängar som vi hade önskat, men sängen var rejäl och rätt skön. Luften kändes tyvärr lite instängd när man kom in utifrån, temperaturen gick att reglera, men ngn fläkt fanns inte och fönstren gick inte att öppna, en svag doft av mögel kändes ibland vid mitt nattygsbord. Nyrenoverat och fräscht för övrigt. Endast ett ställ för resväska, 2 hade varit bättre , eftersom vi var 2 personer, och utrymmet hade räck till. Rummet var härligt rymligt och mkt trevligt inrett med både sittgrupp för 2 och ett skrivbord. I köket fanns ingen kokplatta eller ugn, bara mikro, vatten- och kaffekokare. Ingen thesil eller förskärare heller, dock en korkskruv ( kanske det viktigaste redskapet i Frankrike?) och en burköppnare. Fick även daglig städning inkl diskning, och tom frukostbuffe- försäkrades att det ingick utan avgift, trotts att det inte skulle ingå enl vår bokning. Ev ett öppningserbjudande. Fittnesavdelningen var ännu inte i bruk, elarbeten kvarstod enl personalen. Första dagen ringde husmor på dörren och undrade om allt var till belåtenhet. All personal var mkt trevliga.De närmaste kvarteren kanske i lugnaste laget, men nära till kommunikationer och bla Eiffeltornet. Sammantaget en lyxig hotellweekend till rätt lyxigt pris.

- Certain areas of the property were going under construction and were noisy. - After we asked we were told that the room had a view that was different from the actual room view. Overall the price did not justified the value.

It is undoubtedly one of the best places I have stayed in the world! Not only the place or the location, the treatment and the way to make my stay something very special. The hotel is under construction. There’s several cards to use for hotel security. I like that if the card works. Ours did not work at first and had to be changed. It looked like they don’t have enough staff at the reception. The AC was not working. Had to open the window that meant we can hear the noise from the outside bar and fast vehicles. It was a challenge.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Two bedroom apartment was perfect for us with our three-night stay with two dogs: luxurious but not precious. I’m so grateful to the rare hotel such as this one who strive to offer comfort to the humans as well as welcome dogs. Location, for tourists or business, is also perfect.

I had reserved and paid for a 2-bedroom deluxe room at the La Clef Tour Eiffel hotel for more than 1 month, but the same day I have to check in I received an email from you informing me that you canceled that reservation. and they changed it to the La Clef Louvre hotel, which is in another area that did not interest me, because for some work meetings and family reasons, I had to be in the Trocadero area, and they also changed me to a smaller room Because I already reserved and paid for a 60-meter room and they changed it for another 40-meter room and in another place, 4.5 km away. Therefore I had to spend on several taxis and transportation to move to the other area where I had my reservation. This situation had never happened to me. I travel to Paris very often for work and family reasons, and I always stay in hotels in the Trocadero area, but this time I wanted to try another hotel and stay at La Clef Tour Eiffel, but I was very disappointed by what you told me They canceled my reservation the same day, and I could no longer change to another hotel, because for the same day the prices were already much more expensive to book another hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Paris. We stayed here in June with a toddler. Had a one bedroom suite. Includes a little kitchen and a washer/dryer combo. Hotel provided the crib which is a plus. Very cute hotel with a nice Parisian feel. Great size bathroom. Bigger than your typical European hotel. Great location. 2-3 min walk to the train and bus stop outside the hotel. Walking distance to the Eiffel tower! You can see it early in the day and beat the crowd and at night. Walking distance to restaurants. There is a little market just two doors down and a pharmacy right next door. Would highly recommend this hotel

Lots of ants & insects in my room #122 . The bathroom was smelly . Fabric on the chair are worn out . They changed it to 325 the next morning . No sleepers , bathrobe & others that were present before

The property is pretty central. Its just a short walk and a road cross to see the Eiffel Tower in all of it's glory. There's a plethora of restaurants, bars, a supermarket and drugstores in close proximity. Thats the good news. Triple check the dates! As I noticed there was an issue with the dates, and contacted the hotel, got no response from them. We had prepaid in full for the room so it shouldnt have been a problem but yet on arrival this was an issue. The person checking us in had major attitude. The manager eventually got involved and we got the room sorted. We were offered a free breakfast which we then got charged for. On departing there seemed to be another issue and I'm waiting to see if we get a refund for 1 night that we didn't stay as the person on duty didn't seem to have a clue what to do.
