The apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: double bed (140 x 200 cm) with storage and ceiling fan.

• A living room: double sofa bed, Smart connected television, Wi-Fi, storage space and direct access to the terrace.

• An open equipped kitchen: hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

If you require a cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice). Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide these. However, please note that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM.

Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight, with an additional fee of €20. After midnight, check-in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will provide you with the keys to the apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and its operations, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €350 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. You will receive a refund from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Internet Use

Please refrain from using Internet access for the unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Accessing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is strictly forbidden. Please note that we are not responsible for internet malfunctions related to telecommunications operators, and this will not lead to compensation.



Professional Use and Photography

Photo shoots, filming, professional meetings, or commercial uses are strictly prohibited without prior permission. Contact us for pricing and to obtain the necessary permissions.



Minimum Age Requirement

Please be advised that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23. Individuals under 23 years will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult meeting this age requirement. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted for non-compliance with this rule.
