The Space:

This newly renovated studio apartment offers a stylish and functional space in the heart of Paris. The living area features a very comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two people, making it an ideal choice for couples or solo travelers. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and microwave, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. For your convenience, the apartment includes a flat screen television, reliable wireless internet, an iron, and an ironing board to ensure a seamless stay.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire apartment.



The keys can be collected from a key locker located just a 1-minute walk from the apartment.



The key locker is accessible during the following hours:



* **Monday to Saturday:** 8:30 AM – 12:00 AM

* **Sunday:** 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM



The Neighborhood:

Located near Bastille, our studio places you in a trendy neighborhood favored by locals for its lively bar scene and nightlife. Despite its local atmosphere, you are perfectly positioned to explore iconic landmarks. A short ten minute walk brings you to the historic Place des Vosges, the elegant Marais district, the renowned Bastille Opera, and the scenic Port de l Arsenal. Enjoy the perfect balance of local culture and easy access to major attractions.



Getting Around:

The Bastille subway station, serving lines 1 and 8, is located just a three minute walk from the apartment. This prime location offers direct access to many of the most iconic landmarks in Paris, including the Champs Elysees, the Marais district, the Louvre Museum, the Garnier Opera, major department stores like Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and BHV, as well as the Place de la Madeleine, Place de la Concorde, the Arc de Triomphe, and the La Defense business district. Please note that street parking in this area is limited, so we recommend utilizing the extensive public transportation network.



Other Things to Note:

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- A room service system has been settled in the building

- There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

- Please note that the sofa can be converted into a bed by simply pulling the strap located in the center, between the two seat cushions. We kindly ask you not to remove the cushions.



As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.

🔁 Pour les séjours de longue durée, la préautorisation sera renouvelée tous les 7 jours afin de garantir une couverture pendant toute la durée de votre réservation.
