Perfect location but run down hotel
One of the best locations in Paris just a few meters from L'arc de Triumphe. Old and kind of run down hotel. You could here the trains underground all the time when you where in your room. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. The place needs to be renovated.

Rum beskrivning stämmer inte med bilder på nätet! Rummet var väldigt lite och trång, jag skulle aldrig betala 1900kr/pers för ett sådant rum. Överreklamerat reklam på nätet! Frukosten var sämst, matrummet "frukost restaurang" var dyster och trist miljö! vi valde att gå ut och äta frukost

Bad experience
After housekeeping was there to clean up they broke the shower door and no one took responsibility to change it. At night the room was flooded with water and they had to move us to other small rooms and separated us all. They were not helpful at all at the reception, every one was new and the manager was no where to be found.

Fint hotell ..Bra rum och sköna sängar.Det enda negativa är att om du bor på 2.a våningen hörs tunnelbanan på kvällen så beställ högre upp. Nära till flygbussarna är också positivt

Väldigt bra läge samt service
Underbart läge, 2 minuters promenad till triumfbågen och promenad avstånd till många sevärdheter ! Kanon bra service och bra frukost buffé. Väldigt hjälpsamma med våran lilla son på 8 månader. Ett sol klart val nästa gång vi åker till Paris

100 m till Champs Elysées och Triumfbågen
Rummet litet för tre personer men ingenting saknades. Rent och snyggt. En utmärkt frukostbuffé. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Bra hotell, bra läge, mycket dålig ventilation!
Bra hotell, mycket bra läge. Trevlig personal. Svindyr minibar. Mycket dålig luftventilation på rummen, alltför varmt, gick inte att reglera, svårt att sova gott. Öppet fönster går inte att ha p.g.a. trafiken. Minamlisltisk dusch ej anpassad för människor över 1,60.

Toppen på alla sätt!
Bra läge ett stenkast från Triumfbågen och Champs Elysée, samt nära till Metro stationen. Rummet var rent och fräscht och lagom rymligt. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam......jag återvänder gärna.

Bra hotell med bra läge
HejLäget var kanon i närheten vid triumfbågen. Vi använde hop on hop off bussarna för att ta oss runt under våra 2 dagar och då fanns hållplats i närheten. Flygbussen stannar 2 metrostationer från hotellet. Det är dyrt i Paris och hotellet är inte billigt, fruckost för 18 euro/st men för oss var det bättre att ta rejäl hotellfruckost än att gå ut på stan och betala mer för mindre. Vi bodde på 1 våningen i 2 fina rum som var sammanbundna. I receptionen var man hjälpsamma och det gick bra med engelska.

Kanon läge.
Hotellets läge är väldigt bra, precis vid trumfbågen, Champs Elysses samt flera Metro stationer. Gångavstånd till Eiffeltornet, Louvren mm. Rummen är rena och fräscha. Dock fick vi ett väldigt litet hörnrum utan utsikt.

Staff of front desk was extremely polite and helpfull, unfortunately only good thing. Rooms were old and scruffy but quiet. Location was great. At Breakfast they had really poor selection and every day same. We were expecting more.

The only thing is good about this property is its location which is VERY close to Champs Elysee / Art de Triomphe. The property is small, dirty. Elevator is tiny and not well maintained. The room is small. The mattress is NOT comfortable.

シングルルームで３泊しました。これまでパリではオペラ近くや左岸に宿泊することが多かったので、今回はシャンゼリゼ近くのホテルをExpediaで探してみました。シャルル・ド・ゴール広場にある凱旋門から伸びるシャンゼリゼ大通りから一本北側のフリードランド大通りはジスかで、かつ観光、ショッピング、交通アクセスなどとても便利です。 夜8時過ぎのチェックインで、日曜日の為に閉店しているレストランの多かったのですが、手頃な価格で夕食を取れるところはありますか？と聴いたところ、その名もCAFE DE PARISというお店を親切に教えてくれました。 シングルルームは各階に１室のみで友人は2階に、私は4階の部屋になりました。もちろん広くはない部屋ですが、シャワー＆洗面台と、トイレはベッドを挟んで別になっていて快適でした。パリ中心地にある多くの建物のようにとても古いのですが、室内の寒気がとても良く、変な匂いや湿気にとても弱い私にとて嬉しいポイントでした。 朝食はビュッフェで19ユーロだった為、ホテルでは取りませんでした。また、夜遅くや早朝にベッドに横たわっているとゴゴゴという音と振動を感じます。これはシャルル・ド・ゴール広場近くにあるが故の、地下のRER線の振動だそうです。旅の疲れで毎夜寝落ちし、朝は早めに目覚めていたので、私にとってはこの音は特に不快ではなく、かえって旅の良い思い出になりました。

Hotel 4 stelle, a due passi dall'Arco di Trionfo ed a ridosso degli Champs Elysees. Posizione ottima per muoversi nella città, con fermata del metrò vicina. Hotel ben gestito con camere spaziose e confortevoli, accoglienza ottina con personale gentilissimo, un ringraziamento particolare ad Aurora che parla benissimo l'italiano ed è stata molto paziente con noi. La colazione è buona, seppur con poca varietà. Consigliato

The property is centrally located in a great area in champs elyse, walking distance to arc de triumph and all the shops. We are everyday at laduree and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The customer service the moment we arrived was excellent starting with Maxim greeting us, helping us w luggage and room service. Everyday he had a pleasant warm smile and was attentive to our needs,gave great recommendations and overall friendly. My fiancé and I were so pleased with his hospitality that it left a high impression we us. ThankYou to the staff, especially Maxim. He’s our vacation hero.

The service in this hotel was great. Very helpful and nice staff. The hotel however has not been renovated in decades with not only decir that’s dated but also damaged bathrooms. The hotel does not have room service nor hotel restaurant. Investment on refurbishment would make an amazing hotel. Great location.
