LIVING & DINING AREA
Situated on the ground floor of this duplex apartment, the open-plan living and dining area is a testament to exquisite modern family living with its creative zoning and soulful interiors. Expect the panoramic views across Paris to divert your gaze in a contemporary lounge hosting white leather sofas, designer chairs and a home office with a flat-screen TV. Tropical plants and an artistic bookshelf combine to bring a soothing ambience to this relaxing space, while you can toast the timeless majesty of the Eiffel Tower from a dining table that affords you an unrivalled bird’s-eye view across the city.

KITCHEN
Avowedly contemporary with its white units, hanging pendant lights and copper fixtures, the stylish kitchen comes fully equipped with all key amenities. In the mood for cocktails and good conversation? Early evenings will invariably draw you towards the kitchen island that forms the beating heart of this vibrant open-plan space.

BEDROOMS
All four bedrooms are situated on the top floor. Fabulously artistic with its tropical beach mural, the principal suite presents a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Sensuous accents of sky blue bring an air of tranquillity to the second bedroom, replete with a double bed and desk. Offering trundle beds that can be pulled out to form two single beds, the third and fourth bedrooms are decorated in peaceful pastel tones.

BATHROOMS
Comprising a walk-in shower and double wash basin, the bathroom in the principal suite exudes modern chic with its muted pinks and marble tiles. Green herringbone tiles bring a contemporary finish to the second bathroom, also hosting a walk-in shower and double wash basin. A separate WC can also be found on both floors of the apartment.

Amazing home with a view

My husband and I and two of our adult children stayed in this home during the Olympics. The view to the Eiffel Tower was spectacular! We loved the brightness with all the windows and the breeze it provided when opening the large glass doors on both sides of the flat. It is beautifully decorated and in a peaceful part of Paris. There a several bakeries and cute cafes near by. I would highly recommend!
