Excelente custo-benefício

Excelente localização, bairro muito tranquilo, bonito com a Picard e Carrefour na esquina. Além de um comércio de restaurantes, lojas, metrô, ônibus a curta distância( mesmo com a greve de transporte, foi fácil ir de ônibus 69 (Gambetta) para os principais pontos turisticos de Paris. O apartamento tem tudo que precisamos, mas me pareceu menor que nas fotos porém, o suficiente para 3 pessoas que queriam conhecer Paris. O sistema de cama elevada não é bom pra quem tem dificuldades de locomoção ou idosos...mas pra compensar o Sr. Elabed é um administrador maravilhoso, simpático e preocupado com sua estadia. Nos sentimos em casa. Não ficamos mais em outro lugar em Paris! Um abraço Elabed, já estamos com saudades.

Premetto che il nostro volo è arrivato con 3 ore si ritardo ma nonostante tutto il proprietario dell'appartamento si è dimostrato gentilissimo ed ha risposto fino a notte inoltrata ad i nostri messaggi...appena arrivati a casa la gioia.,pur essendo piccolo l'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort molto caldo e pulitissimo,inoltre ci ha fatto trovare acqua e un succo di frutta che data l'ora (le 2 di notte a causa del ritardo dell'aereo!!!) sorpresa molto gradita,stoviglie asciugamani pentole detersivi spazzolini e chi più ne ha più ne metta..lavatrice perfettamente funzionante wifii doccia spaziosa insomma che dire... lo consiglio vivamente,posizione abbastanza buona,purtroppo noi siamo capitati durante lo sciopero..però fermata a 2 minuti dall'appartamento come zona ben servita anche da a bus, inoltre il quartiere è molto vivace e c'è di tutto a portata di mano!!! Insomma 10 e lode!!!

Very nice area but...

I want to thanks the host, Zouhair, for his kindness, but I want to complain about the “cleaning status of the house” I bought the sheets because the ones i found in the apartment were dirty and full of dust in my opinion! like they were there from ages, the beds were comfortable... even if the upper bed need to be fixed properly, the forniture it’s a little bit overused. Dust everywhere... (I left the new sheets in the apartment as a gift) the toilet was very very clean though... Best regards

Great Apartment in Paris

This apartment was perfect for my wife and myself. Zouhair has obviously taken a lot of care to ensure that you will have a great stay, he was incredibly responsible and friendly. He has provided basic condiments and spices so you can fully use the kitchen after only buying a few staples and the apartment is right across from a fully stocked grocery store. The apartment looks dark in some of the photos on VRBO, it looks even better in person. The next time we come to Paris we would definitely rent with Zouhair again!

war eine sehr saubere wohnung. Auch wenn sie sehr klein war hatte man alles was man braucht und sie hat fur 4 personen ausgereicht.Die gegend war auch sehr gut.supermarkte und alles waren in guter reichweite.

Buen apartamento en Distrito XX

Buena zona para alojarse, cerca de la estación de metro Gambetta y con varios supermercados en la manzana. El apartamento quizás un poco pequeño, pero con todo lo necesario para una visita a París, donde se pasa más tiempo callejeando que en casa. Buena conexión Wifi. El dueño, Zouhair, muy atento y facilita mucho el checkin y chechout.

Great stay in nice neighborhood!

We had a great time. The studio was small but we knew that in advance and was priced accordingly. We loved sitting on the small balcony. The elevator was also a benefit. The neighborhood was very nice with lots of shops and restaurants nearby though it could be a long metro ride to some popular destinations.

The appartment was well heated, there were sufficient kitchen ware and dishes, the fridge was working well and it was very near a metro. There was plenty of towels, soap and shampoo, and the water and orange juice were a nice touch. The place is also very quiet. On the other hand, some of the cups were chipped, the shelve protector in the fridge were coming off, the spare contour sheet had holes in it and there should have been instructions to put the soap in the washer. The place is just big enough for two people. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Apparemment sympa, très calme dans quartier très vivant.

Appartement très agréable au calme à 300m du métro Gambetta. Malgré sa petite surface nous y avons passé 4 nuit à 4 personnes sans aucun souci. L’agencement est très bien pensé. Largement suffisant quand on vient visiter Paris. Quartier très vivant avec de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Le propriétaire est tes gentil et disponible si on a besoin. Rapport qualité prix très bon. Seule entité remarque mais qui n’est pas primordiale : un petit effort sur le ménage et tout sera parfait !

Petit appartement au calme avec tout confort

Nous avons passé une semaine à 3 personnes dans ce petit appartement. Il possède néanmoins tout le confort nécessaire. Excellent emplacement au calme et proche de la station métro Gambetta. Supérette en face la résidence et tout le nécessaire en autres magasins à proximité. Accueil chaleureux et très très agréable de Zouhair le propriétaire

O estúdio é o que chamamos aqui na minha cidade de KItnet. Muito aconchegante e confortável. Nos atendeu perfeitamente, nossa família de 2 adultos e duas adolescentes. O local é lindo! Padarias e supermercados próximos, além de lanchonetes e restaurantes. A estação de metrô Gambeta é ótima, nos leva a qualquer lugar de Paris e fica a menos de 5 min. 0 20 arrondissement é o último "bairro" de Paris, logo mais distante dos principais pontos turísticos, mas nada invalida seu charme e importância neste lugar que é mágico, deslumbrante! Obrigada ao nosso anfitrião pela confiança em nos hospedar no seu estúdio maravilhoso e pelo seu cuidado em se importar com nossa estada! Parabéns!

Great location

Zouhair is a great host and the apartment is fully equipped, clean, quiet (the balcony, which is a great plus, gives on to a quiet area with trees), in a very secure building and in a neighborhood that has everything you need right out your door. There is literally a supermarket just across the street, and there are several more within a radius of one to three blocks, along with pharmacies, banks, produce stores, cheese shops, boulangeries, butcher shops, not to mention cafes, restaurants, etc. There is a taxi stand right on Place Gambetta. The neighborhood is not fancy, and apart from the Père Lachaise there is nothing much to look at, but it's convenient (the metro is just down the street) and safe and it's the kind of place where you feel less like a tourist and more like you're part of the city. I highly recommend it.

Perfect little studio!

I’m so happy I booked this studio! Zouhair was lovely and provided everything I needed. I stayed 3 weeks and it felt like home. The bed was super comfy, everything worked properly, nice shower, dishwasher and washing machine. I especially loved the balcony since the weather was fantastic the entire time. The location is great, just a short walk to Gambetta station and lots of groceries, markets, cafes and shops just outside the door. It was also very safe for a solo female traveler, I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again.

Great location! Great price!

This is a very small, cozy (super clean) apartment. It is close to many stores/markets and the metro. We had a great time while we were there. It's not a real touristy area so you get more of a Parisian feel while you are there. The balcony is great for having a fresh croissant from the corner boulangerie for breakfast. It was an easy commute into the heart of the city. The Pere Lachaise cemetery is a short walk and also many beautiful parks close by for grabbing a quick lunch. Our host could not have been more gracious. He allowed us to bring our suitcases early in the day so we could go explore. I highly recommend renting this apartment!

Nous avons passez un bon séjour, appartement bien situé et équipé, et aussi bien chauffé, courant février et début mars, nous avions des températures extérieures jusqu'à moins 10 ressenti ! Apartamento y anfitrión de lujo......

El apartamento pequeño pero muy acogedor , cómodo y completo,con todo lo que necesitábamos.A resaltar que super calefaccioado,lo que se agradece en invierno.Fuimos 4 personas.Esta en una zona muy buena,con servicios cerca como panaderias,verdulerias,comida para llevar,dos supermercados ,ademas de cafés y restaurantes....para nosotros fue un alivio tener a 200 mtrs la parada de metro. Una estadía sin ningun tipo de problema y con un anfitrión de lujo,super amable,detallista ,puntual y el cual nos ofreció confianza ...desde siempre MUCHAS GRACIOSAS Roberto y Flia.

Eine sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung.

Ich war sehr überrascht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Bad war ebenfalls sehr sauber und die Dusche war recht groß. Ausreichend für 2 Personen. Der Balkon war die nächste Überraschung. Ebenfalls war auch die Küchenzeile sehr überraschend für uns, weil sie für Pariser Zustände groß und bietet genug platz um Essen zuzubereiten. Das Haus bietet einen Aufzug, was sehr positiv war, weil die Wohnung in der 4. Etage ist. Waschmaschine sowie Spülmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden! sehr gut! Nachteile an der Wohnung: Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit vielen Wohnungen drinnen. Die Wohnungen sind jedoch alle sehr Hellhörig. Wer damit kein Problem hat, ist das egal. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist die Schlafmöglichkeit. Das erste Bett wird gleichzeitig auch als Couch benutzt, das zweite Bett wird als Hochbett benutzt. Das Bett wird herrunter gezogen und mit Beinen stabilisiert. Jedoch hat man zwischen dem einen Bett und dem anderen Bett(Hochbett) ca. nur 40 cm Luft. Es ist schon sehr wenig Platz zwischen den Betten.
